Ingredients:

  • peanuts - 2 cups;
  • honey - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 1 cup;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

Microwave Inshell Peanuts

Ingredients: unshelled peanuts (quantity at discretion).

 

Cooking method:

  1. Soak nuts in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove moisture with a towel or paper towel.
  3. Put on a wide flat dish for the microwave.
  4. Roast peanuts at maximum power for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir and cook by turning on the microwave for 30 seconds.

You can fry nuts without sugar or salt. In any case, they will be tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • coconut milk - 90 ml;
