We will need:

  • water and salt.

Cooking process:

  1. First, the contents of the package must be washed well, then put in a container of water, so that the liquid covers the seafood.
  2. Wait until everything boils and pour salt, it will be needed not less, not less than 3 small spoons.
  3. Look carefully at the shrimp, as soon as they turn pink, it usually takes about three minutes, you can get them. After this method of preparation, they are very easy to clean.

King prawns can be cooked in several ways: boil or fry. Their only difference is that the time of heat treatment increases due to the larger size.

With lemon and soy sauce

  • about 500 grams of king prawns;
  • 20 milliliters of lemon juice.

  2. Then heat the oil well in a pan and fry the garlic on it. After that, put the shrimp there, pour the sauce, lemon juice and keep on fire for about 7 minutes.

Cooking king prawns is practically not required. Unpeeled seafood is ready to eat. They are simply placed for some time, first in hot water, to remove the ice, and then for a moment in boiling water.

If you bought raw seafood, then after the liquid boils they will have to hold for at least 5 minutes, but no more than 10, if you do not want to spoil the boiled shrimp and get tough meat.

A natural product that is not grown under artificial conditions and is prepared very easily.

  • two cloves of garlic;
  • one bay leaf;
  • two small spoons of salt.

The traditional way of cooking is cooking. All that is needed is to lightly sprinkle seafood with hot water and place in salt boiling water for three minutes. Keeping more than five minutes is no longer recommended, otherwise the result will be disastrous.

To make them even more delicious, you can add black pepper, bay leaf, garlic, lemon juice or even tomato paste to the water.

How to cook fried shrimp?

  3. After that, you can spread the seafood and keep them so long until the shell color turns dark. Transfer them to napkins or a paper towel to remove excess fat.

In addition, when cooking, you can add other spices, such as rosemary or lemon juice. It turns out great if you fry them in soy sauce. If desired, you can use wine or even beer.

Shrimp sauce - cooking options

Shrimp sauce is a universal option for serving them. In addition, there are many very different options, both simple and complex.

Spicy sauce

Required Products:

  • 80 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 50 grams of cheese;
  • a spoonful of mustard;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • two tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cooking process:

  1. Grind garlic and cheese on a grater.
  2. Add to them all the other ingredients and mix.

Mayonnaise sauce

Mayonnaise sauce is perfect for shrimp.

Required Products:

  • 100 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;

  • about 100 grams of ketchup;
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise.

  1. Use only fresh juice and it is better if you take homemade mayonnaise. But if this is not possible, then the usual option is also suitable.
  2. Mix the ketchup with mayonnaise, pour in the juice, mix well and put in the refrigerator for a while, so that the sauce is slightly cooled.

Milk sauce

Milk sauce is very tender and light.

  • 10 milliliters of lemon juice;
  • one cream cheese.
