There are several options for preparing homemade yogurt. The process is still affected by the multicooker model. There is the simplest basic recipe.

Required Products:

  • liter of milk;
  • dry sourdough (see packaging for consumption).

Cooking process:

  1. Pour milk into the bowl, turn on the “Preheat” mode and leave for seven minutes.
  2. Pour it into another container, mix with sourdough, and then fill the prepared jars with this mixture.
  3. We cover the bowl with a towel and lower the jars covered with lids into it.
  4. We fill the cup with warm water so that its level is almost up to the neck of the cans.
  5. We turn on the device in the "Yogurt" or "Heating" mode for 8 hours and wait. The result is removed for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

  • 0.5 g of sourdough dry;
  • liter of milk.

Cooking process:

  1. We turn on the “Preheating” mode for 7 minutes, pour milk into the bowl and warm it.

  • liter of milk.

Cooking process:

  1. We warm the milk to 40 degrees on the stove, add yogurt, mix and fill the jars with this mixture. We cover them with lids.
  2. We put a towel at the bottom of the multicooker bowl, put jars on it, and fill the free space of the container with warm water.
  3. Close the lid and turn on “Heating” for 20 minutes, then leave it to stand for an hour. Repeat these steps again.
  4. Pull out the jars and put in the refrigerator.

  • a jar of natural yogurt or dry sourdough;
  • liter of milk.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix dry sourdough with a little water to dissolve.

  3. Turn on the device in the "Yogurt" mode, it lasts 8 hours. After this time, pour the mass into jars and put it in a cold place.

How to make without sourdough?

Yogurt without fermentation can be prepared using a dairy product without additives, as well as on the basis of cream or yogurt.

Required Products:

  • 80 grams of yogurt;
  • 0.5 liters of milk.

Cooking process:

  1. Heat the milk to 40 degrees, mix it with yogurt, pour the mixture into jars.
  2. Fill the bottom of the bowl with a towel, place cans there, fill the remaining space with warm water.
  3. Turn on the “Preheat” mode for 10 minutes, after finishing work, leave the jars to stand in the bowl for six hours and transfer to the refrigerator.

Fruit yogurt

Required Products:

  • yogurt - 50 grams;
  • milk - one liter;
  • any fruit.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour milk into the bowl, mix with yogurt, crumble the fruit into slices.
