To prepare it you will need:

  • 1500 ml of milk with a fat content of 0.5%;
  • 1000 ml of water;
  • 16 - 20 g of black tea;
  • 200 g of fresh ginger;

  • 3 g nutmeg;

  • 1500 ml of sparkling water;
  • 300 g of fresh raspberries;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • half a lemon (juice and zest);
  • 20 g of ginger root;
  • 20 g of fresh mint leaves;
  • ice to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Grated peeled ginger root.
  2. Mash washed and dried mint leaves with sugar in a mortar.
  3. Remove the zest from a half of a lemon with a fine grater and squeeze the juice.
  4. Just crush raspberries with a fork so that it softens.
