  3. Cut a little and roll to 7 mm. Cut cookie cutters with cookie cutters. Repeat with the whole test.
  4. Lay out biscuits for gingerbread on a baking sheet. Keep a distance of 1 cm between cookies - gingerbread cookies can stick together when they fit in the oven.
  5. Oven at 180 ° C for 10-12 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and the dessert is ready to serve.

  1. First of all, caramel is prepared: pour half the sugar into a dry container and cook until dark brown. Heat the kettle at the same time. When the caramel becomes dark, pour boiling water and continue cooking. Be sure to mix, so as not to burn. Wait for the caramel to dissolve completely, pour in the remaining sugar and cook until everything is dissolved. After you can remove from the stove and put the oil and spices. Stir and let cool.
  2. Beat two egg yolks in a separate container. When the caramel mixture becomes barely warm, pour in the yolks, add salt, pour in soda and mix thoroughly.
  3. Sift the flour gradually, stirring, and when it thickens, manually. Add the product to thicken the mass.
  4. Wrap the sausage dough in cling film and place in a refrigerator for 12 hours. The dough will become hard and easy to cut. Cut a small piece, roll out into 1 cm and squeeze out future gingerbread cookies with a glass or special curly shapes. You can also make screen clippings from cardboard and, applying the figure to the dough, circle with a sharp knife.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees.

Gingerbread cookies add many different spices. Only traditional custard dough is used - otherwise it will be ordinary gingerbread cookies:

  • 2 tsp of ground ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice;
  • 160 grams of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp honey;
  • 5 stacks of flour;
  • 1 tsp of soda, cardamom, star anise;
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 pack of colored glaze;
  • 220 g of powder;
  • 200 grams of muscat.

Manufacture:

  1. The dough is steamed: in a bowl, first combine honey, butter and sugar. While stirring with a spatula, bring the contents to a pasty state. Add salt and mix again.
  2. Grind all spices well. You can connect them together and pass through a coffee grinder, and then sift through a sieve. Enter into the workpiece and mix well. After a few minutes, remove and leave under the lid for a quarter of an hour.
  3. Sift ½ flour to the workpiece and pour in the eggs, mix well and gradually add the rest of the flour. Wrap all dough with a film and cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Roll out the dough in 1.5-2 cm and squeeze the figures. Put on a baking sheet, bake for ten minutes.

  • 4 pcs of cardamom;
  • 6 dry cloves;
  • 2 pieces of star anise;
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon and soda.

Step by step cooking:

  1. Heat honey until bubbles appear.
  2. Peel the cardamom, combine with other spices, grind everything in a convenient way - manually or using kitchen appliances. Mix the spice mixture with rye flour and add to honey. Also introduce soda. The contents are constantly mixed.
  3. Add 100 g of wheat flour to the workpiece and mix again.
  4. Separately combine the yolk with sour cream, sugar and milk, beat with a mixer.After insert into the honey blank and mix thoroughly. Pour the last flour and prepare the gingerbread dough. The consistency of the test is slightly liquid.

  • flour - 250-300 gr.

Sequencing:

  1. First you need to melt the butter. Can be done in the microwave at the lowest temperature or in a small bucket on the stove.
  2. Pour ghee into a separate container, introduce all the ingredients except flour. Stir until a homogeneous slurry is obtained.
  3. Add a little flour, cook the dough. To the touch, the dough will come out soft and plastic.
