  3. Tincture is left in a dark place for 5 days.
  4. The finished drink is filtered through several layers of gauze and diluted with the remaining alcohol.

You can improve the recipe for horseradish vodka with honey using various spices. For example, a pinch of nutmeg, cinnamon and / or ginger.

Whip up in 15 minutes

Ingredients: half a liter of vodka (suitable for moonshine 45%), a teaspoon of bee honey, 45 g of horseradish, a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 25 g of fresh ginger, a pinch of salt.

  1. Ginger and spine are peeled and then ground using the finest grater.
  2. Prepared components are salted and watered with lemon juice. First, the products are mixed, and then left for 6-7 minutes.
  3. The resulting mass is transferred to a jar, honey is added and the selected alcohol-containing liquid is poured.
  4. The contents of the container are thoroughly shaken and left for several minutes alone.

With mustard and lemon juice

Ingredients: half a liter of good vodka, a small spoonful of natural honey, 8 cm horseradish root, 2 large spoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, a small spoonful of mustard seeds.

  1. The horseradish root is peeled and finely rubs.
  2. All ingredients from the recipe are placed in a capacious jar and filled with vodka. The components must be mixed very carefully.
  3. In a warm place, the drink will be infused for 5 days. It is not worth it to overdo it, otherwise the result may turn out to be too bitter.

Horseradish with vanilla and caraway seeds

Ingredients: a liter of vodka, 55-60 g of fresh horseradish root, 1/3 teaspoon of ground cumin, vanilla pod, 3 clove buds, 2 tablespoons of honey.

Ingredients: horseradish root (6-7 cm), 700-750 ml of high-quality vodka, a stalk of fresh celery, 5-6 garlic cloves, 80 g of natural bee honey, a whole stick of cinnamon, 3-4 peppercorns of black pepper, lemon.

  1. The horseradish root is carefully cleaned with a knife from the skin and cut into a small cube. Celery is chopped in circles. First, the garlic is cut in half, and then randomly. You can even leave it in half.
