Bread is the head of any Russian feast. Respect for bread in Russia was expressed in the fact that in the absence of an icon they prayed for it. Rye bread in a bread maker

We will need:

  • 80-100 g of pasteurized fresh milk;

After all the components are sent to the container, it must be installed in the body of the bread machine and select the “French bread” mode. Cooking time - 4 hours. Instead of this mode, you can choose another, but it should also be long in time.

While the dough is being kneaded, it is necessary to control the process. At the first kneading, the dough should be plastic and absorb all the flour. If the flour remains, then pour a little water into the container. When, on the contrary, the dough is spreading, add a little flour.

At the end of the kneading mode, be sure to close the lid.

Yeast-free recipe

Take:

  • 600 g of rye flour (or 400 - wheat, 200 - rye);
  • a handful of bran;
  • 300 ml of sour milk (slightly warm, but so that it does not curdle, if desired, milk can be replaced with water);
  • a third glass of unrefined oil;
  • soda on the tip of a knife;
  • salt and sugar are added to taste;
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, which can be replaced with caraway seeds, pepper.

Sesame and bran are fried in a dry frying pan (without oil), removed from the heat after they become golden. These ingredients will make yeastless bread especially healthy.

In the order indicated for baking for your model, load the dry and liquid components.

Kneading and baking, depending on the type of bread machine, can take from one and a half to four hours.

Corn bread

Such culinary products are not so popular, but it is certain that they are very beautiful, sunny and tasty.

Corn bread is well served for breakfast or afternoon snack.

Take:

  • salt and sugar to taste;
  • 1.5 tsp yeast
  • 2 cups of milk;
  • 500 g of wheat flour;
  • 100 g of corn flour;
  • 2.5 tablespoons of fresh butter;
  • a little turmeric (optional, to give a beautiful color to pastries).

It is recommended to warm the milk slightly, and melt the butter, then send it to the bread machine.

Sifting flour (corn and wheat) add it to milk.

We introduce all the dry components into the contents and put the container in the bread machine case.

We select the “French bread” mode (as a rule, it is baked for about 4 hours).

The first 5 minutes, we must follow the process of forming the dough and adjust its consistency (details are described in recipe 1).

At the end of baking, we extract the bread and invite the household to feast on this unusual muffin.

Butter bread

Butter dough is different in that eggs are added to it, which makes it especially tasty and can be served as an addition to hot drinks. We will bake bread with dried apricots and nuts, which will turn it into a real dessert.

  • 0.5 cups of milk;
  • 2-3 eggs of chicken (depending on size);
  • 50 g butter (you can spread, margarine);
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • 400 g of wheat flour;
  • 1 tsp dry yeast;
  • 150 g of granulated sugar;
  • about 50 g of nuts (best - walnuts, almonds);
  • 100 g dried apricots.
  • if desired, candied fruits, raisins can be used instead of nuts and dried apricots.

We stack the components in the order established by the instructions.

It is recommended to first bring the egg and milk to room temperature, which is easy to do by taking the ingredients out of the refrigerator in advance.

Butter should also be soft, for this it can be slightly warmed up in the microwave.

We select the "main" mode on the indicator.

It is recommended to add dried apricots and nuts in 10 minutes after the beginning of mixing.

We follow the process of mixing the dough and, as indicated in previous recipes, adjust it if necessary.

Little secret: to easily remove the bread from the bowl, wrap the container for about 2-3 minutes with a wet cloth, for example, a kitchen towel.

Before drinking tea, be sure to cool the bread, which is best always done on a wire rack.

White bread in a bread maker

Those whose childhood was at least a little during the perestroika period, certainly spread butter, jam and tea with such goodies on this bread.

White bread and now you can pleasantly surprise your family if you bake it yourself.

To do this, take:

  • tsp instant yeast;
  • 400-500 g of wheat flour;
  • 1-2 tbsp granulated sugar;
  • a little salt (focus on your taste);
  • 2 tbsp unrefined oil;
  • 1 tbsp milk or water.

Wheat flour is passed through a sieve and sent to a container together with all the dry ingredients and, without stirring anything, we select the “classic bread” mode on the indicator.

At the end of the regime we take out the product and, having cooled it, we invite the family to drink aromatic tea in the best post-Soviet traditions!

Onion bread

This pastry has an absolutely amazing aroma. Bread will cause love for onions, even for those who could not stand it!

The composition of the components:

  • 500 g of wheat flour;
  • an onion of medium size (if you like onions - feel free to take a large one);
  • one and a half glasses of water (it is better to warm slightly, and not use ice);
  • 1.5 tsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp. l salt and sugar;
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil.

Grind the onion, fry until golden, cool. You can add it along with all the “solid ingredients”, or if you want a more pronounced aroma, lay it right after the beep.

For baking, it is recommended to select the “white bread” mode, in which the baking time will be more than three hours.

Custard bread made from rye and wheat flour

We always imagine such bread as saturated black with a unique intoxicating aroma.

Few people know that rye flour will not give such a deep shade. A rich black flour product can add malt which you can now buy in hypermarkets.

Structure:

  • 3-4 tbsp malt brewed in boiling water;
  • 350 g of rye flour;
  • 200 g of wheat flour;
  • one and a half glasses of water;
  • salt and sugar to taste;
  • 2 tbsp honey (you can not add, but take more sugar);
  • cumin, ground coriander - add to taste and desire;
  • 20 g of refined oil.

We put everything in the necessary sequence (see the instructions for your bread machine). The malt is completely cooled and sent to the container last. For baking, select the "main" program.

If desired, add nuts, which will make baking even more festive.

The composition includes:

  • a glass of slightly heated water;
  • 400 g of wheat flour;
  • salt and sugar are added to taste (sugar, as a rule, is added twice as much as salt);
