People who are prone to fullness, suffering from various diseases or just watching their figure have to face the problem of choosing products. Often they begin to completely exclude baked flour products from the diet, but in vain. There is always an alternative, and in this case it is bread according to Dukan.

What is Ducan bread

It is impossible to completely exclude fiber, and a fairly large number of products fall under the ban. Often the list is headed by wheat products.

The problem was solved by a well-known nutritionist who introduced bran bread into the diet. He believes that nutrition during weight loss should be not only complete, but also balanced. This will allow the body to receive all the necessary trace elements and vitamins.

Regular consumption of natural bran lowers cholesterol, helps the proper functioning of the digestive system. It should be noted that the Ducan diet, in addition to reducing calories, allows you to quickly saturate the body. It is divided into 3 main stages:

  • “Attack” - only protein-rich foods are recommended.
  • “Cruise” - allowed to add carbohydrates and fiber.
  • "Stabilization" - the effect is fixed by the inclusion of only one day a week with the use of protein foods.

Some bread options may contain starch or cornmeal, only they are forbidden during the first stage. Do not be afraid of an unusual taste, they quickly get used to it. Seasonings can be added as desired. For example, curry or coriander.

There is a general recommendation. It is better if you bake your own bread in order to avoid fakes.

Protein and bran bread in the microwave

Such a product is useful not only for people who monitor weight. Perhaps his taste will appeal to the rest.

The main ingredients:

  • cottage cheese (necessarily fat-free) - 125 g;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • oat bran - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • wheat bran - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • some salt.

Stages of cooking bread according to Ducane in the microwave:

  1. We spread the cottage cheese in a deep cup.
  2. Add salt, eggs and baking powder there.
  3. Knead the mixture with a fork or blender.
  4. Pour all the bran and knead the dough.
  5. We form buns, which we put in glass dishes. If desired, the product can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or flax.
  6. We put in the microwave and bake at maximum power for about 5 minutes.

Fragrant products will suit your taste. The calorie content of such a dish will be 123 kcal per 100 g.

Yeast baking in the oven

Now we’ll use a baking recipe that can be consumed even during the “Attack” phase.

Take:

  • skim milk –50 ml;
  • oat and wheat bran - respectively 6 and 4 tbsp. l .;
  • cottage cheese with 0% fat content - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • sugar substitute - 1 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • yeast - 1 tsp.

We make dietary bread in the oven in order:

  1. In the first cup, heat the milk a little.
  2. Dissolve sugar substitute, salt and dry yeast in it.
  3. In another blender, grind the cottage cheese with eggs.
  4. We connect everything, falling asleep bran.
  5. We lay out the mass in silicone molds and allow it to stand for 40 minutes in a warm place to lift.
  6. We put for 20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees.

Take your time getting out of the oven. Let the products brew after the process is complete.

Bread without flour on bran

Now try using a bread machine, with which the process is much simpler.

The ingredients needed to make one roll:

  • fat-free yogurt - 120 ml;
  • bran (wheat, oat) - 12 tbsp. l .;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • table salt - 1.5 tsp;
  • sweetener - 1 tablet;
  • high-speed yeast - 2 tsp;
  • a little sesame topping.

The beauty is that almost all the work is automated and you need a minimum of effort:

  1. Read the instructions for your bread machine to find out in what order you should put the products in the bowl. The fact is that some manufacturers provide first to fill the bowl with liquid ingredients, and then dry. In other cases, the opposite is true.
  2. We fill the tank with the listed components.
  3. We set the mode, as for ordinary rolls. The subtlety is that sometimes during kneading you will have to use a silicone spatula to remove the dough from the walls.
  4. We are waiting for the rise. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Close the lid, start baking.

It usually takes about two hours for the bread to bake completely.

Onion bread in a slow cooker

The volume of products in this recipe is designed to bake bread for 2 days.

Prepare:

  • wheat bran - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • oat bran - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • flax seeds - 2 tsp;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • dry yeast - 1 pack;
  • COM (sweetener) - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • low fat soft cottage cheese - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • small onion - 1 pc.;
  • skim milk - ½ cup;
  • olive oil, salt and condiments.

Walkthrough:

  1. Place the bran in a coffee grinder to get flour.
  2. Put the dough. To do this, slightly heat the milk on the stove, in which we breed a sugar substitute, yeast and 1 tbsp. l bran.
  3. Leave in a warm place for lifting.
  4. Without wasting time, peel the onion from the husk.
  5. Dice and pass with a drop of olive oil until transparent.
  6. Using a blender or fork, knead the eggs with cottage cheese.
  7. Combine the prepared ingredients, add the remaining products from the list.
  8. Knead the dough.
  9. Spread it in a silicone mold and align. Sprinkle with flax seeds. This is easier to do by wetting your hands in cold water.
  10. Leave at room temperature, covered with a kitchen towel, for about 45 minutes. Almost the same bran bread will be baked at 200 degrees.
  11. Check with a toothpick, which should remain dry after piercing the loaf.

It is better to cool the product on the grill, which will not allow to keep the bottom together.
