  • chicken fillet, boiled fish - 200 g each, several cucumbers, 1 citrus each;
  • a couple of whole grain toasts, tomato and cucumber salad, 4 fruits to choose from;
  • two toasts, half a portion of low-fat cottage cheese, 2 citruses each, a portion of boiled vegetables, a couple of tomatoes;
  • 2 servings of boiled chicken, cucumber and tomato salad, 2 citrus fruits;
  • a couple of eggs, vegetable salad, citrus;
  • toast, cucumber, half portion of cottage cheese, portion of fillet;
  • a toast, a portion of fish, a portion of vegetables, a couple of tomatoes and citrus fruits.

There is also an alternative option based on cottage cheese for those who, for certain reasons, do not consume eggs or do not like them. According to the available properties, these two products are related, so the replacement is complete. The main nuance is that cottage cheese should not be too fat (maximum - 5 percent). Curd variation also has a right to exist, in many cases it acts no worse than the original version. The menu for 2 weeks is based on the same principles.

Cooking recipes

The proposed dishes should be steamed, baked or boiled. There are no special tricks, everything is very simple. Standing by the stove for a long time and conjuring delicacies is optional. It is most convenient to bake meat and fish dishes on the grill, cook or steam in a slow cooker.

Recipe for fish baked in the oven:
