You will need:

  • buckwheat - 400 g;
  • mushrooms - 200 g;
  • butter - 40 g;
  • one onion;
  • one tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
  • salt to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Sort buckwheat. Rinse cereals until water is clear.
  2. Boil buckwheat over low heat for 20–25 minutes.
  3. Coarsely chop the onion and fry in melted butter.
  4. Add sugar and salt.

  6. Put the mushrooms in the onion and fry until rosy.

  4. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  5. Grate the carrots.
  6. Put the vegetables in a slow cooker, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add chopped mushrooms to vegetables, cook them for 15 minutes.
  8. Wash and sort out cereals. Put in a slow cooker, add water and add spices.
  9. Switch the multicooker to the "Buckwheat", "Rice" or "Pilaf" mode. Wait for a beep.
  10. At the end of cooking, add butter in buckwheat with mushrooms in a slow cooker.

The finished dish is spread on hot plates. Decorate with fresh herbs, or complement with vegetable salad.

With vegetables

Variety of buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and onions can be fresh vegetables. They will give the dish an interesting taste.

You will need:

  • one glass of buckwheat;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • one carrot;
  • one onion;
  • two small tomatoes;
  • one bell pepper;
  • cooking oil for frying;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Rinse and sort out the cereals. Boil it in salted water.
  2. Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into cubes.
  3. Mushrooms cut arbitrarily. Large pieces preserve the taste of champignons better.
  4. Dice tomatoes and peppers.
  5. Fry onions and carrots for two minutes in vegetable oil.
  6. Add mushrooms to the roasting, salt and simmer everything together for 15 minutes.
  7. After putting out the mushrooms, add tomatoes and peppers to the pan. Stew vegetables for another 7-10 minutes.
  8. Place the fried mushrooms with vegetables in boiled cereals and mix thoroughly.

Lenten buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and onions in the oven

Many people fast, so buckwheat with mushrooms and onions in the oven is especially relevant. A baked dish does not lose its beneficial properties and will appeal to both adults and children.

 

You will need:

  • buckwheat groats - 200 g;
  • fresh or frozen mushrooms - 300 g;
  • water - 500 ml;
  • two tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • one onion;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Go through the groats and rinse well in cold water. Before cooking, it is advisable to warm the buckwheat in a frying pan without oil, so it will turn out to be especially crumbly.
  2. Boil buckwheat over low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Set aside the prepared porridge and allow it to cool.
  4. Chop onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  5. Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  6. Add mushrooms to the onion, simmer everything together over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  7. Add the resulting frying to buckwheat, along with butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Put all the ingredients in ceramic pots or a heat-resistant form. Previously, the form must be greased with oil.
  9. Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Mushrooms go well with chicken. Buckwheat porridge with chicken and mushrooms is an original dish for a family dinner.

You will need:

  • buckwheat groats - 300 g;
  • chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • fresh forest mushrooms - 300 g;
  • two onions;
  • two tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small cubes.
  2. Fry the meat until crusty.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, chop finely. Chop the onion.
  4. In a separate pan, fry the onions for 1-2 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Fry everything together for 10-12 minutes, stirring regularly.
  5. Pour mushrooms and onions to the chicken, and top with buckwheat.
  6. Pour all the ingredients with water so that the cereal is covered by 1 cm.
  7. Add spices, simmer until water evaporates.

Add butter and fresh herbs to the finished dish.

With meat and mushrooms

A dietary buckwheat dish with meat and mushrooms is best prepared in a cauldron or thick-walled pan.You can use any meat - pork, veal or beef.

You will need:

  • lean meat - 500 g;
  • champignons - 150 g;
  • one and a half glasses of buckwheat;
  • one carrot;
  • one onion;
  • vegetable oil - 25 ml;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Wash the meat, cut it into cubes (approximately 3 cm).
  2. Put the chopped meat in a hot pan. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. Finely chop the onions and carrots.
  4. Put the fried meat in a pan, add vegetables to it.
  5. Pour in water so that the meat and vegetables are completely covered.
  6. Cover the pan and simmer until the meat is ready.
  7. Rinse and sort out the cereals.
  8. Peel the mushrooms, cut into slices or cubes.
  9. Add the cereal with mushrooms to the pan to the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with greens.
