You won’t surprise anyone with buckwheat porridge, a simple and boring side dish. However, if you cook buckwheat with minced meat in a slow cooker, new facets of this dish will open.

The dish is prepared quickly, simply and does not require special culinary skills. The result is an incredibly tasty and healthy food in composition resembling a classic buckwheat recipe in a merchant way.

For cooking you will need:

  • ¼ kg of pork and ground beef
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • buckwheat kernel - 1 tbsp.
  • medium onion
  • carrot root crop - 1 pc.
  • water - 3 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - for frying
  • garlic clove
  • table salt - to taste
  • a pinch of ground pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp.

Recipe Stages:

  1. Remove the husk from the onion and garlic clove, rinse and chop them with a small cube.
  2. We set the “Frying” mode on the multicooker and add oil to the bottom of the bowl.
  3. We send the chopped components to fry.
  4. We free the carrot root from the peel, wash it, grind it with a grater.
  5. Add the grated vegetable to the golden onion, stir and continue stewing until the carrots are soft.
  6. We supplement the vegetable substance with minced meat, knead and cook until the redness of the meat disappears.
  7. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes, medium size.
  8. Salt the mixture, sprinkle with pepper and season with paprika. Add chopped tomatoes and mix.
  9. Thoroughly rinse the buckwheat kernels and complement its composition.
  10. Fill it with water, close the multicooker with a lid and change the mode to “Porridge”.
  11. We are waiting for a signal that will inform about the readiness of the dish.

Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use frozen seasonal vegetables. But if they are not, take tomato paste. Buckwheat with meat in a slow cooker turns out friable and very appetizing.

With mushrooms

This dish will be enjoyed even by those who do not have a special love for buckwheat.

 

To prepare a meal, take:

  • 200 g of sour cream of medium fat content;
  • 75 g butter (butter);
  • onion - 1 large head;
  • minced beef - 300-350 g;
  • fresh chopped parsley - 2 tbsp. l with a slide;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • buckwheat - 1.5 tbsp .;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • cloves of garlic - 2 pcs.;
  • fresh champignons - 300 g;
  • 20 g of tomato paste;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  1. We thoroughly rinse the cereals and put them in the multicooker bowl. Fill with water, the amount of which is 3 times more than buckwheat. Cook the kernel until cooked in the "Porridge" mode.
  2. After cooking, cook the multicooker pan.
  3. Peel the onion. We wash the vegetable and cut into medium slices.
  4. We install the program “Frying” and grease the bottom of the bowl with half the prepared butter.
  5. Fry the onion cubes until light golden.
  6. Mushrooms shred thin slices.
  7. In the bowl with onions, add vegetable oil and mushrooms.
  8. We wait for the evaporation of moisture and simmer another 10 minutes.
  9. We add the mixture with minced meat, add salt and pepper.
  10. The resulting meat lumps are broken with a spatula.
  11. Minced meat darkened - add tomato paste.
  12. Peeled garlic cloves pass through a press and send the resulting slurry to the billet. We continue to extinguish another 5-10 minutes.
  13. We shift the filling into the bowl, wash the bowl.
  14. We set the Baking program to the slow cooker, and grease the bottom of the tank with the remaining half of the oil.
  15. We put half of buckwheat porridge in a bowl, level it.
  16. Pour the stuffing from mushrooms and minced meat on top, level the surface again.
  17. Spread the remaining buckwheat on top.
  18. Drive eggs into sour cream and beat with a whisk until smooth.
  19. Fill the future casserole with a dressing and bake until the pour is set.

Champignons can easily be replaced with any other mushrooms, both fresh and frozen.

Cooking with vegetables

A dish prepared according to this recipe has a low calorie content due to the addition of vegetables and dietary turkey meat.

Necessary components:

  • bell peppers - 1 pc.;
  • 1 small zucchini;
  • minced turkey - 300 g;
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • medium eggplant;
  • 1 tbsp. buckwheat;
  • 2 medium tomatoes;
  • salt to taste;
  • a pinch of pepper;
  • middle onion head.

Cooking:

  1. Remove the peel from the onion, and free the eggplant and zucchini from the peel.
  2. We extract seeds and a stalk from pepper, and peel the skin from tomato.
  3. Shred the prepared vegetables with a medium cube.
  4. We wash buckwheat kernels.
  5. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil and set the “Frying” program.
  6. Send fried onion and pepper.
  7. When the onion is podzolotil, add the remaining chopped vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes.
  8. We supplement the vegetable mixture with minced meat, salt, pepper, knead plentifully and simmer until the meat darkens.
  9. We add washed buckwheat to the substance and fill it with 3 measures of water, preferably boiling water.
  10. If necessary, add salt and change the mode to "Quenching".
  11. Cook until the moisture evaporates.

The recipe is good because the proposed vegetables can be replaced with other components.

Buckwheat with minced meat in a slow cooker

If you want to diversify the diet, cutlets based on buckwheat and meat are perfect.

 

Components:

  • ¼ kg of pork pulp;
  • buckwheat porridge - ½ tbsp .;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • favorite spices and ground pepper - to taste;
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • small onion;
  • chopped favorite greens - a couple of Art. l .;
  • egg.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Pork is cut into small pieces and passed through a meat grinder.
  2. We clean the onion and chop it with a small cube.
  3. Add minced onion and cooked chopped herbs.
  4. Drive the egg into the mixture, salt, sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and pepper.
  5. Add buckwheat porridge and knead thoroughly until smooth.
  6. Wet your hands in water and form a kind of medium-sized cutlets.
  7. We set the "Frying" mode on the multicooker, pour oil on the bottom and wait for it to heat up.
  8. We lay out the blanks in one layer and fry on both sides for 10-15 minutes.
  9. This dish can be served both independently and with a side dish.

With minced chicken

Minced chicken is low in cost and not high in calories. Try a recipe with soft cheese. It will turn out insanely tender and juicy food.

It is necessary:

  • 2 small onion heads;
  • cream / curd cheese - 150 g;
  • ¼ a small pack of oil;
  • raw buckwheat - 1 tbsp .;
  • minced chicken thighs - 300 g;
  • soy sauce - a couple of Art. l

Cooking:

  1. We peel the husk from the onion and finely chop it.
  2. We send oil to the multicooker, having previously turned it on in the "Frying" mode.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the melted substance and bring to transparency.
  4. We complete the frying with minced meat, knead plentifully and fry for about 10 minutes.
  5. We fill the washed buckwheat to the workpiece, add soy sauce to taste.
  6. We switch to the “Quenching” program, pour 3.5 tbsp. boiling water and close the lid.
  7. Continue cooking until the liquid evaporates.
  8. We fill the dish with cheese, knead and simmer for another 10 minutes.

When serving, you can sprinkle the chopped herbs with the chopped greens, so the appearance will be more attractive, the flavor will be more aromatic.

How to cook with tomato juice

Many are used to drinking juice from tomatoes as a drink, and supplement the dishes with fresh tomatoes or pasta from them. Cook the food following this recipe and the habit will change.

 

Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 1 tbsp .;
  • carrots - 1 root vegetable;
  • minced meat - ¼ kg;
  • juice from tomatoes - 1 tbsp .;
  • 1 onion head;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • 3 tbsp. water;
  • spices and salt to taste;
  • garlic clove.

Recipe Plan:

  1. Peel the vegetables and grind them in small cubes.
  2. Pour the lean oil into the slow cooker and set the “Baking” program.
  3. We send the chopped components into the bowl and cover it with a lid and pass for 10 minutes.
  4. We complement the frying with chopped meat, mix well.
  5. We season the mixture with spices, add it and squeeze the garlic clove into it using the press.
  6. We are waiting for the darkening of the meat ingredient and pour tomato juice.
  7. Stew for 15 minutes.
