Juicy beef baked in a piece of oven

Ingredients: 1.5 kilo loin of beef, 6 - 7 cloves of fresh garlic, large carrots of sweet varieties, half a glass of pure soy sauce, mix of ground peppers, salt.

  1. A piece of beef is washed, soaked in paper towels, wiped well with salt and freshly ground peppers.

  5. Prepared beef is wrapped in two layers of foil. This must be done very tightly so that meat juice does not flow from the coating.
  6. The dish will be cooked at 210 - 220 degrees 130 - 140 minutes.
  7. Then the coating unfolds, the meat is poured with the allocated juices and left to languish at the same temperature for another 12-14 minutes.

Beef prepared in this way is served for dinner with any side dish.

French Recipe

Ingredients: half a kilo of meat, 220 fresh mushrooms, 3 tomatoes, onions, 170 g of cheese, a glass of mayonnaise, half a glass of olive oil and a little lemon juice, salt and peppers.

  1. Beef is cut in wide portions, which are well beaten.
  2. Lemon juice is added to the water. Mushrooms are washed in this liquid, after which they are cut into thin plates.
  3. Coarsely rubs cheese.
  4. Onions are cut into rings, and tomatoes are cut into thin slices.

Beef Chops in the Oven

Ingredients: a pound of beef, three onions, light mayonnaise, 280 g of cheese, a spoonful of mustard, medium-sized salt and a mix of peppers.

  1. The meat tenderloin is washed, dried with paper towels. Next, the beef is cut into thin portioned portions and always across the fibers. The optimum thickness of the pieces is up to a centimeter.
  2. Mustard, mayonnaise, salt and peppers are mixed in a bowl.
  3. The meat slices are beaten with a special kitchen hammer.
  4. Beef is completely rubbed with the sauce from the previous step.
  5. The onion is chopped with the finest half rings. Cheese is rubbed larger.
  6. Already marinated meat is sent to the frying pan. Topped onions and cheese.
  7. In a preheated to 140 - 150 degrees oven, beef is baked for 2/3 hours. A delicious brownish crust should appear on the meat.

Ingredients: 720 g of veal, 120 g of carrots, as much sweet bell pepper, chive, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard and fat mayonnaise, salt, ground black and white pepper.

  1. The meat is washed well, gets rid of veins. It is left in a whole piece.
  2. All vegetables are peeled, cut into short strips.
  3. The remaining components are mixed. Garlic is preliminarily chopped.
  4. The resulting marinade is rubbed with veal on all sides.
  5. Small holes are made in the meat piece, which must be stuffed with prepared vegetable straws. In this form, the veal rests for half an hour.
  6. The dish is baked under the lid at 220 - 230ºС for about 1.5 hours.

Periodically, you need to water the meat with the allocated juices.

Ingredients: a kilo of beef pulp, half a glass of soy sauce, ¼ tbsp. sunflower oil, 3 tsp. fresh ginger, 2 tooth. garlic, freshly ground black pepper.

The finished dish cools right in the wrapped form, only after that it is opened and cut into pieces.

Cutlets

Ingredients: a pound of ground beef, onion, 60 ml of milk, 160 g Parmesan, 2 tbsp. l bread crumbs, large egg, dry garlic, salt.

Ingredients: 330 g of beef pulp, 5-6 potatoes, onions, a pinch of freshly ground red and black pepper, sunflower oil, 60 g Mozzarella, salt.

  1. The meat is cut into small pieces, beaten with a kitchen hammer.
  2. The onion is chopped with the finest half rings.
  3. The potato is peeled and cut in circles.
  4. Beef is laid out in a heat-resistant form. It is poured with oil, sprinkled with salt and peppers.
  5. Next, onions and potatoes are distributed. A little oil is also poured onto the last, salt and spices are added.
  6. Beef and potatoes go to the oven for about an hour.

For 15 - 17 minutes before cooking, the dish is sprinkled with grated cheese.

Cooking from marbled beef

Ingredients: 2.5 kg of marbled beef on the ribs, 4 - 5 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 mal. lsalt, freshly ground black pepper, a mixture of aromatic herbs.

  1. The meat is thoroughly washed with water, blotted with paper napkins and tied with culinary thread. It is necessary that the piece retains its shape during prolonged baking.
  2. Beef is oiled, rubbed with salt and all spices. Of the herbs, it is best to choose rosemary, basil, oregano.
  3. The meat is laid out in a heat-resistant form with the ribs down.
  4. In a well-heated oven, beef is cooked for 20 minutes at 200 - 210 degrees until a crust appears.
  5. Next, the piece is covered with foil, the temperature decreases by about 50 degrees and cooking continues for another 110 minutes.

Cool the prepared meat directly in the oven. Only then can it be cut into pieces.

Ingredients: a pound of meat pulp, 8 - 9 small potatoes, onion, 80 g of cheese, 4 - 5 tooth. garlic, 40 g butter, 3-4 tbsp. l oily sour cream, salt, spices.

  1. Beef is cut into small pieces, which are fried over high heat until golden brown. It is salted.
  2. Half the rings of onion and chopped garlic are laid in the fat remaining from the meat. Products are fried until soft.

Ingredients: kilo of veal, large sweet carrot, 6 tooth. fresh garlic, 2 mal. tablespoons of salt, a pinch of sweet ground paprika, turmeric, black pepper, 90 ml of pomegranate sauce.

  1. Root crops are cleaned and cut with large straws. On the one hand, the pieces should be pointed. By the same principle, all garlic is chopped.
  2. Deep cuts are made in a single piece of prepared meat. They include carrots and garlic.
  3. Beef is rubbed on top with a mixture of salt and all spices.
  4. The meat is generously sprinkled with pomegranate sauce.
  5. In a bowl under the cling film, the beef will marinate for about 6 to 7 hours.

Then the meat is again rubbed with salt if necessary, wrapped in foil and sent to the oven for 1.5 hours at 170 degrees.

Roasted beef with spices

Ingredients: 470 g of meat pulp, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, a pinch of dried garlic, ground caraway seeds, dry ginger, turmeric, black and red pepper, salt.

  1. In a small bowl all the declared spices and salt are mixed.
  2. Excess fat is cut from beef. Deep diagonal cuts are made on the piece from all sides.
  3. The mixture of spices is carefully rubbed into the meat.
  4. Beef is laid out on the grill.

The dish is baked in a very hot oven for about 40 minutes.

Beef tenderloin in a spicy marinade

Ingredients: 1.6 kg of beef pulp, half a glass of refined oil, Teriyaki sauce and strong beef broth, 3 tbsp. l cane (brown) sugar, 2 tbsp. l finely chopped onions, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 3 garlic cloves, 0.5 tsp. any very hot sauce.

  1. In a large bowl, all the ingredients are mixed except meat. Garlic is pre-chopped in any convenient way.
  2. Beef is laid out in a whole piece of the resulting marinade. The aromatic mixture is well rubbed into it from all sides.
  3. After 8 - 9 hours, the meat is removed from the marinade, laid out on the grill and cooked for 2 - 2.5 hours.

You can bake it in the same time in a conventional oven at 180 degrees.

Rustic meat

Ingredients: 620 g of low-fat veal, salt, 3 barrel pickles, any spices, 1 tbsp. l Russian mustard, 2 raw eggs, onion, 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil, 110 ml of milk, 3 tbsp. l cucumber pickle.

  1. Cast iron deep frying pan is oiled. Thin slices of beef are laid out in it, previously cut across the fibers, chopped, grated with salt and spices.

Ingredients: kilo of beef, half a liter of red dry wine, 7 - 9 tooth. garlic, salt, 1 tbsp. l black pepper peas.

  1. The meat is cut into large pieces and fried in hot oil until golden brown.
  2. Next, the beef is transferred to a clay pot, sprinkled with chopped garlic, salt and a third pepper ground in a mortar. The remaining peas are tied in gauze and also lowered into the container.
  3. Pouring wine.

Under the lid, the meat is cooked for at least 3 hours at 160 degrees.

Goulash

Ingredients: 720 g of meat pulp, large sweet carrot, 2 onions, a mixture of oriental spices, salt, 1 tbsp. meat or vegetable broth.

  1. Beef without veins is cut into cubes, onions - into rings, carrots - into straws.
  2. The meat is sprinkled with salt, spices and fried in hot oil until a delicious crust appears.
  3. After adding vegetables to the pan, the mass is stewed for 5-6 minutes.
  4. The contents of the pan are transferred to the pot. Pouring boiling broth.

The closed pot goes to the oven for an hour.

Baked with mushrooms

Ingredients: kilo of beef, kilo of potato, 3 bell peppers, onion, 3 tomatoes, zucchini, carrot, 90 g of dried porcini mushrooms, salt, pepper.
