For dinner, I often do not want to cook something complicated. In such a situation, a recipe for lazy cabbage rolls with rice and minced meat will come to the rescue. The dish is not difficult to execute, budget, and it will take a little time to prepare it. But the result will be worth it!

“Lazy” cabbage rolls with rice and minced meat in the oven

In every country, lazy cabbage rolls cook differently. But the basis is always the same: it is minced meat with the addition of cabbage, rice and tomato sauce.

Necessary components:

  • minced meat (it is better to take mixed) - 0.7 kg;
  • cabbage - 150 g;
  • onions with carrots - 1 pc.;
  • rice - 75 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sour cream and vegetable oil - 2 tbsp each. l .;
  • tomato paste - 100 g;
  • water - 300 ml;
  • spices, salt, sugar - at personal discretion.

Sequencing:

  1. Chop the cabbage, pour boiling water over it and set aside for 5 minutes. Then fold it into a colander so that the glass has excess fluid.
  2. Boil rice groats in salted water a little.
  3. Grind onions and carrots and fry them. Add sour cream and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. Put part of the frying in a separate plate.
  4. Add the tomato paste, sugar, pour water, salt in the pan with the remaining roasting. Stir and simmer until tender.
  5. Combine the minced meat with the fried onions and carrots, introduce rice, cabbage, beat the egg.
  6. Form oval oblong blanks and lay them on a baking sheet. Pour its contents with gravy from the pan.
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes.

Lazy cabbage rolls with cabbage, rice and minced meat are ready. Serve them with sour cream and herbs.

Cooking in a pan

This is the easiest cooking option, since you only need to chop the vegetables, and you will not need to make any preparations.

What is necessary:

  • stuffing - a pound;
  • cabbage - half a small fork;
  • carrots and onions - 1 pc.;
  • rice - 75 g;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • oil, salt and pepper - at your own discretion.

How to cook:

  1. Chop the cabbage. Grind the remaining vegetables.
  2. Add onions with carrots to rice and minced meat. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide the cabbage into three parts. Put the first evenly on the bottom of the pan, then distribute the minced meat, then the second part of the cabbage, again the minced meat and the remaining cabbage.
  4. Dilute the tomato paste with a small amount of water and pour into the pan.
  5. Simmer a quarter of an hour over low heat. Easy to mix, add laurel, pepper and spices.
  6. When the rice becomes soft, salt and pepper.

Allow the dish to brew for at least a quarter of an hour.

Sour Cream Recipe

Sour cream sauce makes the dish more tender and gives it a special taste.

Necessary components:

  • minced pork - kilo;
  • cabbage - forks;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • rice - a glass;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream and tomato juice - 1 tbsp each .;
  • oil, salt and pepper - at your own discretion.

 

Sequencing:

  1. Boil rice in salt water until half cooked. This will take about 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. Grate the onion and combine with the minced meat.
  3. Chop the head of cabbage.
  4. Rinse rice with cold water. Combine the components for the stuffed cabbage, beat in the eggs, salt, pepper and mix well.
  5. Form oblong workpieces and put in a greased mold. So that the mass does not stick to your hands, palms should be moistened in cold water.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes without sauce, so that the portions “seize” and keep their shape.
  7. Combine sour cream with tomato juice.
  8. Pour the sauce over the contents of the form and bake for about 40 minutes.

Gravy should be quite liquid, pink. If you wish, you can add fried vegetables to it.

Serve a dish of fresh vegetables.

Tasty cabbage rolls with rice and meat in a pan

Lazy cabbage rolls in a pan are also very simple to prepare.

What do you need:

  • stuffing - a pound;
  • rice - 175 g;
  • cabbage - small forks;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • onion and bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper, herbs and oil - as needed.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour some oil and water into the pan. Put the minced meat and simmer it.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the forks of cabbage and add to the pan.
  3. Grind the remaining vegetables and herbs. Passer the onions with carrots.
  4. When the cabbage becomes soft, add vegetables to it. To languish for 10 minutes.
  5. Boil rice separately until half cooked, then enter into a common pan. Season, salt if necessary. Cook another 10 minutes.

Serve with sour cream.

With minced chicken

In the "smart pan" you can also cook the dish in question without any problems and unnecessary hassle.

Necessary components:

  • minced chicken - half a kilo;
  • cabbage - small forks;
  • onions with carrots - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • rice - 150 g;
  • salt, pepper, laurel, oil - as needed.

Sequencing:

  1. Chop onions, garlic and carrots.
  2. Pour a little oil into the bowl of the device and sauté the vegetables until transparent in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode.
  3. Cut cabbage into squares with a side of 2 cm. Add to the bowl with rice.
  4. While vegetables are being cooked in the slow cooker, sauté the minced meat in a pan.
  5. Connect all components in the appliance container. Salt, season to taste and mix.
