Moldovans make lamb dolma and always add mint leaves. They add spice to the dish, so cabbage rolls become spicy and fragrant.

  • grape leaves - 10 pcs.;
  • rice groats - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • greens - 1 bunch;
  • mint - 3-4 leaves;
  • spices and salt - ½ tsp each.

Next, act according to the claimed recipe.

  1. Twist the pieces of lamb meat in a meat grinder.
  2. Add chopped onion, greens to the prepared meat.
  3. Raw rice, salt, mint and spices are poured into the meat mass.
