  3. Prepare the cabbage leaves, before lowering the forks in boiling water.Remove hard streaks.

  5. Fry the blanks in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.

What do you need:

  • pork - 400 g;
  • onions and carrots - 1 pc.;
  • rice - 250 g;
  • cabbage - forks;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • sour cream - 150 g;
  • salt with pepper - to taste.

 

How to cook:

  1. Cut vegetables into small pieces. Skip with meat through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper and mix well.
  2. Pour oil into the pan, pour the washed rice, fry it for a minute. Pour in about half a liter of water and cover with a lid, bring to a boil, then remove the heat and cook for about half an hour.
  3. Prepare cabbage leaves, after lowering the forks in boiling water for 4 minutes.
  4. Stir rice and minced meat.
  5. Lubricate the appliance bowl with oil. Pour a little water and cover the bottom with cabbage leaves.
  6. Make cabbage rolls and put them in a bowl, pouring each layer with sour cream sauce with tomato paste.

  • cabbage - 400 g;

  • tomato juice - 100 ml;

What do you need:

  • cabbage - small forks;
  • long loaf - 75 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • stuffing - a pound;
  • bow - head;
  • pepper, salt and laurel.

How to cook cabbage rolls:

  1. Send the forks to the microwave. Turn on the device at full power for 5-6 minutes. Take out and take away soft leaves. If the head is firm, go back and turn the appliance on again.
  2. Combine minced onion, garlic soaked in water and squeezed long loaf with minced meat. Pepper and salt. You can beat with a blender for more uniformity.

Sequencing:

  1. Grind potatoes, add to the minced meat with egg, salt and spices.
  2. Boil the grits. Fry chopped vegetables. Stir and combine with meat.
  3. Prepare the leaves, wrap the filling in them.
  4. Put the blanks in the mold. Pour sauce with ketchup, vegetable oil and cabbage broth.

Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
