What do you need:

  • pasta nests - 8-9 pcs. (depending on the size of the pan);
  • onion-turnip - head;
  • minced meat - 300 g;
  • tomato juice - a glass;
  • sunflower oil and tomato paste - 2 tbsp each. l .;
  • dill - a small bunch;
  • salt and pepper - at your own discretion.

How to cook:

  1. Chop the onion, add to the minced meat along with salt and pepper. Knead.
  2. Put prepared nests of approximately equal height into the pan. Stuff them with the filling.
