The recipe for classic mulled wine

Ingredients:

  • cinnamon - 3 sticks;
  • ground ginger - a pinch;
  • orange zest - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • apple or grape juice - 1.2 l;
  • ground cardamom - a pinch;
  • sugar to taste;
  • raisins - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • water - 130 ml;
  • lemon peel - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • allspice - 4 peas;
  • apple - 1 pc.;
  • cloves - 4 pcs.;
  • grated nutmeg - a pinch.

Cooking:

  1. Pour water into a heat-resistant container, add juice. Turn on the burner to a minimum.
  2. Cut the apple into small slices.
  3. In the liquid add spices, citrus zest, apple, raisins, if necessary sugar. Mix.
  4. Turn on the fire. Heat without boiling. When bubbles first appear, turn them off.

  • red wine - 600 ml;
  • lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
  • cardamom - a pinch;
  • sugar - 70 g;
  • cloves - 5 pcs.;
  • nutmeg - a pinch;
  • rosemary - a pinch;
  • cinnamon - a pinch;
  • orange - 0.5 pcs.;
  • mint - 1 sprig;
  • ginger root - 2 cm;
  • raisins - 30 pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Take the bowl from the multicooker. Pour the wine.

  • water - 1.5 liters;
  • cloves - 10 pcs.;
  • honey - 300 g;
  • dried hypericum - 2 tsp;

Cooking:

  • cloves.

Cooking:

  1. Pour wine into the bucket. Heat over minimal heat, do not boil.
  2. Add honey. Stir until completely dissolved. Put on fire.
  3. Heat until the first small bubbles begin to appear. If there is a thermometer, you can control the temperature. Turn off the gas when heated to 70 degrees.
  4. Pour spices into the honey mixture if desired and taste. Leave for an hour.
  5. Before serving - warm up.
