  • a pound of potatoes;
  • 1 pickled cucumber;
  • 3 to 5 garlic cloves;

  • ½ cup classic mayonnaise;

  • 2 pcs. small zucchini;
  • 4 things. potatoes;
  • 1 purple onion;

  • 150 g of fresh champignons;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • ½ tbsp sunflower oil;
  • ground pepper and salt.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Rinse vegetables and peel if necessary. Cut into slices. Pre-dip the potatoes and carrots in boiling water for 5 minutes, then cool.
  2. Peel and chop mushrooms with plates.
  3. Combine oil, pepper, mashed garlic and salt. The resulting marinade pour the prepared ingredients. Leave them as such for at least 6 hours.

Bake the vegetable side dish in the oven at medium temperature until the desired degree of readiness.

You can make it soft and tender or, conversely, crispy.

To fried chicken

Product Composition:

  • 250 g of spaghetti;
  • 2/3 Art. pasta from tomatoes;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • sunflower oil;
  • 1 tbsp. water;
  • by ¼ tsp dry oregano, basil, sugar, paprika;
  • salt.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Cook the pasta until cooked in salt water.
  2. Fry garlic slices in sunflower oil until light brown. Add sugar, all spices and tomato paste.
  3. Pour in boiled water and boil lightly.

Serve the prepared pasta with the resulting tomato sauce as a side dish to the fried chicken.

Garnish with chicken chop

Product Composition:

  • 450 g dry chopped peas;
  • 800 ml of filtered water;
  • salt and pepper;
  • fresh greens;
  • vegetable oil.

What goes well with baked chicken

Product Composition:

  • a kilo of young small potatoes;
  • 10 - 15 g of fresh chopped dill;
  • 2 dessert spoons of softened butter;
  • salt and pepper.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Wash young potatoes well, dry and pour in one layer in a baking dish.
  2. Spread softened butter on top, sprinkle potatoes with pepper and salt.
  3. Cover the mold with foil and bake the side dish in the oven (at 200 ° C) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

When the vegetable softens, remove the foil, shake the container and bake its contents for another 10 minutes under the same conditions. When serving, sprinkle the side dish with chopped dill.

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable broth;
  • 3 medium sized potato tubers;
  • 1 large sweet and juicy carrot;
  • dry spices and salt.

  1. Rinse vegetables thoroughly and peel them. Pour in water and send to boil. Potatoes and carrots need to be cooked until they are easily strung on a fork.
  2. Grind cooked and cooled vegetables to a smoothie in a blender bowl.
  3. Pour the spinach with boiling water in a separate saucepan and cook until tender. It will be enough 4 - 5 minutes of heat treatment.
  4. Combine boiled spinach and vegetable puree in a common bowl. Together, interrupt the components of the dish with a suitable blender nozzle.
  5. Dilute the thick mass with broth to the desired consistency, salt and add favorite dry spices to your taste.

Serve the resulting mashed potatoes as a low-calorie dietary side dish for chicken.

Product Composition:

  • 1 tbsp. with a barley of pearl barley;
  • half a liter of filtered drinking water;
  • 5 to 7 g of rock salt;
  • 50 g of butter.

  • 2 full glasses of filtered water;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • 1 onion;

  1. To deliciously cook buckwheat for chicken, first of all, pour the cereal into a bowl and rinse it several times with cold water. If necessary - sort out. Remove trash and hard black grains.
  2. Pour buckwheat into a saucepan, add salt water to it and add sugar. This porridge will not work out sweet, sand will only make its taste a little brighter.
  3. Boil buckwheat over low heat under a tightly closed lid for 20 to 25 minutes until the liquid is completely absorbed.

  • 200 - 300 g of potatoes;
  • 50 g of cheese (necessarily hard);
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 3 dessert spoons of milk;
  • 50 g of flour;

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Salt and beat the contents of the raw egg with milk. Add half the flour to the mixture.
