Chop and onion in butter until clear. Coarsely rub the carrots and add to the frying when the onion is ready. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, without forgetting to stir.

Rice rinse several times under running water, then boil until half cooked. You can add lavrushka to the water during cooking, if desired.

Mix roasting, boiled groats and minced meat in one large bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well.

Fill each peppercorn to the top with a filling and distribute in a casserole or baking dish in a standing position, with the open part up. Cover the peppers with “Lids” and pour some water on the bottom. Bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

The oven must be preheated, otherwise the cooking time will have to be increased by 5-10 minutes.

With minced chicken

  • minced chicken - 500 gr;
  • buckwheat - 100 gr;
  • sweet pepper - 5 units;
  • onion - 1 unit;
  • sour cream - 200 gr;
  • flour (for sauce, if you like a thick consistency) - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • oil;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • dry dill (optional) - 2 tsp;
  • spices "To cabbage rolls".

Boil buckwheat in advance. You can use portioned bags of cereal - they do not require rinsing.

Peel and grate the onion - so it will be almost invisible in the filling. Fry a little in oil.

Combine onion, minced meat and boiled buckwheat. Season and salt, carefully combine everything with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.

With washed pepper fruits, cut off the lids, cut out the seeds. Stuff with the filling and fold into a high glass pan or mold. Pour half a glass of boiled water. Put in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.

Mix sour cream with dill and add flour if desired, mix well and pour over the peppers. Continue cooking for another quarter hour.

On a note. Marjoram pleasantly sets off the meat, but since it is quite spicy, you need to add a little.

How to bake in the oven with vegetables and rice?

  • sweet pepper - 8 units;
  • carrots - 5 medium fruits;
  • onion - 3;
  • tomatoes - 6 fruits;
  • long-grain rice - a glass;
  • allspice;
  • salt.

All vegetables are washed and cleaned in advance. Peppers traditionally cut small caps and clean the seeds. Lids do not need to be thrown away - they can also be used further. Also boil water in advance.

We prepare peppers in a special way - pour boiling water in a separate deep pan. In this way, the peppers are softened, and then it will be easier to stuff them with filling.

Boil the rice until half-cooked - you can determine the taste, the cereal will be a little hard inside.

Cut the onion into a small cube, and three carrots. In a heated pan with oil, fry for only a few minutes, also until half-cooked.

Tomatoes need to be peeled, and for this it is recommended to scald the fruits with boiling water - the skin will lag behind the pulp much easier. After we grate and immediately shift half the mass to the passivated vegetables. In total, the passivation of these vegetables lasts 10 minutes.

Rice will have the desired degree of readiness by this time. The excess liquid is drained from it through a sieve and spread the cereal to the vegetables. At this point, you can add spices and salt.

Pour water from pepper into a separate container - part of the liquid will be needed later. Add a portion of the liquid from the pepper and half the remaining tomato puree, 4-6 peas of allspice to the baking dish, mix lightly. Gravy should be as much as half the stuffed peppers will cover. We fill the peppers with the filling and put them in a baking dish. At a temperature of 180 degrees, cook for 20-30 minutes.

On a note. Coriander goes well with vegetables, just 1 teaspoon for the above amount of filling is enough.

Oven stuffed bell pepper boats

  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 150 gr carrots;
  • 200 gr of champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 300 gr chicken fillet;
  • 1 tbsp. l Paprika
  • 2 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 100 g cream cheese;
  • oil;
  • a bunch of greenery;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • paprika - 1 tbsp. l without a hill;
  • 150 gr hard cheese.

First, prepare the stuffing for stuffing. Vegetables must be pre-peeled and washed. We cut the onion into a small cube, carrots - into rubbing, the mushrooms also need to be cut into a cube.

Now we are preparing boats from bell pepper: cut in half and remove the seeds. Do not remove the peduncle to keep the boat in shape.

Rinse the fillet and cut into a small cube.

In hot oil, fry the onions and carrots, after a few minutes add the mushrooms and fry another five minutes. After shifting to a separate bowl.

In a pan after vegetables, lightly fry the chicken for seven to ten minutes. We spread it to vegetables, add sour cream, salt and pepper, carefully work out with a spatula.

We grease the boats with oil inside and out, put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fill the peppers with the finished filling, sprinkle with cheese and bake for a third of an hour.

With mushrooms

  • pepper - 3 fruits;
  • mushrooms - 400 gr;
  • pork pulp - 450 gr;
  • onion - 1 large;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • oil - a couple of spoons;
  • garlic - 2-4 cloves;
  • salt;
  • spices;
  • cheese - 200 gr.

Pork cut into small cubes, lightly fry until a light crust is formed. Fill with a half glass of water, simmer for a third of an hour under the lid.

Meanwhile, grind onions, mushrooms. Three cheese in a separate bowl. Peppers cut lengthwise into halves and remove seeds.

Add mushrooms to the meat, pepper, salt and mix well.

Chop the garlic finely, slightly add salt to the halves of the pepper. Sprinkle peppercorns with a little cheese. Put the mayonnaise and garlic in the meat filling, add another part of the cheese and mix. Peppercorns spread on a baking sheet covered with foil, fill with filling and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake a third of the hour at 200 degrees.

With sour cream and gravy

Stuffed peppers baked in the oven can be made more juicy and tender with sour cream and tomato sauce.

To prepare the gravy you will need:

  • onion - 2 units;
  • carrots - 1 large;
  • salt - a teaspoon;
  • sugar - a couple of teaspoons;
  • tomato paste - 200 ml;
  • ground pepper - ½ tsp;
  • coriander - ½ tsp;
  • sour cream - 100 gr.

Peel and grate onions and carrots, fry for 5-7 minutes. In a separate container, mix the pasta, sour cream, salt and sweeten, add spices, dilute with half a glass of distilled water and mix well. Pour into vegetables and stew for 2-3 minutes, no more.

Gravy can be used as a sauce, pouring ready-made peppers on a plate before serving. If the goal is to impregnate the pepper with gravy, then it is worth pouring the dish 7-10 minutes before the end of the baking process.

Important! Depending on the quality of sour cream and the duration of its heat treatment, there is a risk of “boiling” it - the dairy product simply curls into lumps!

Halves of bell pepper baked with minced meat and cheese

Perhaps the easiest and fastest pepper baked in the oven. This recipe does not imply a long preparation of components and is suitable in case you need to set the table in haste.

  • 2 large bell peppers;
  • 200-300 gr of minced meat;
  • turmeric, black pepper, paprika, dried garlic - a teaspoon without a hill;
  • table. a spoon of fine salt;
  • a tomato;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • 50 grams of greens (any).

Rinse peppers in advance and cut in half, remove the seeds.

We mix minced meat with spices and salt, we stuff halves of peppers with it.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into rings 3-5 mm thick. We lay on top of the stuffing.

Three large cheese and distribute into halves of pepper. Cut greens and sprinkle on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in a dish filled with a third of water. Cooking temperature up to 200-hundred degrees.

On a note. Tomatoes are best used in small sizes - the rings will look neater.

With vegetables and beans

  • dark red beans - 200 gr;
  • corn - 250 gr;
  • bell pepper - 3 fruits;
  • minced meat - 250 gr;
  • cream cheese - 50 gr;
  • onion - 1 unit;
  • tomato paste or ketchup - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 1 clove.

The first step is preparing the beans. Legumes are boiled for a long time, so we recommend soaking for at least 4 hours, after boiling for half an hour.

We prepare the vegetables, as usual - chop the onion as finely as possible, divide the peppers into halves.

Pass the onions in preheated oil for 2-3 minutes, then add the minced meat and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly - if this is not done, the minced meat will gather in lumps.

Grate the garlic finely, or compress, add to the meat along with canned corn, pour the pasta and put the beans, leave to cook for another ten minutes.

Peppers, meanwhile, send on a baking sheet in a hot oven for a quarter of an hour. After filling with the finished filling, sprinkle with cheese chips and bake for another 15 minutes.
