Stuffed chicken legs - a real festive dish. Of course, it takes time to prepare it, but the result is worth it.

Stuffed boneless chicken legs in the oven

Stuffed chicken legs without bones are best baked in the oven. The usefulness of the dish largely depends on this.

Necessary components:

  • legs - 10 pcs.;
  • onion - 5 heads;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 10 cloves;
  • salt and spices.

Sequencing:

  1. Wash the meat and gently remove the skin ("stocking") along with the tip of the bone.
  2. Cut meat from bones and chop finely.
  3. Grind onions with garlic and add to chicken. Salt, pepper, hammer in an egg and mix.
  4. Fill the resulting blanks with pockets.
  5. Gently wrap the edge and fix it with wooden skewers.

Put the items in a baking dish. Cook for about half an hour. 10 minutes before the end of the performance grease them with sour cream. Before serving, remove the wooden clips.

With mushrooms and cheese

The appetizer with mushrooms and cheese is very tender and delicious.

What is needed:

  • chicken legs - kilo;
  • champignons - 200 g;
  • hard cheese - a 100-gram piece;
  • butter - a slice;
  • bow - head;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, pepper, frying oil.

Preparation process:

  1. Wash and dry chicken legs with a paper towel. Using a sharp small knife, gently separate the skin from the pulp.
  2. With a large knife, cut the tendon bones at the end.
  3. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper to sour cream. Stir and spread the skin on both sides.
  4. Chop onion with mushrooms and fry. Cheese grate.
  5. Separate poultry meat and pass through a meat grinder. Add a little butter, cheese, mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper and mix well.
  6. Take pickled leather blanks and fill them with filling. The main thing here is not to overdo it, otherwise the peel may burst or part in the baking process. Fill the free edge in the middle or fix with a toothpick.
  7. Lubricate with sour cream and put in a baking dish.

Bake for about half an hour. It can be served as a hot or cold snack.

With apple and prunes

Stuffed chicken legs are often stuffed with rather unusual components.

 

Necessary components:

  • legs - 5 pcs.;
  • fillet - 150 g;
  • prunes - a handful;
  • hard cheese - a 50-gram piece;
  • mayonnaise - a pack;
  • apples - 1 pc.;
  • spices, oil, salt;
  • soy sauce and garlic - for marinade;
  • flour and egg - for frying.

Sequencing:

  1. Cut the legs, gently remove the bones and pickle the preparations in soy sauce with garlic.
  2. Finely chop the fillet, grate the cheese, chop the prunes and the apple soaked in water in advance. Mix.
  3. Stuff the holes in the chicken legs with the prepared filling.
  4. Fry the billets in a pan, pre-roll them in flour and dip in a beaten egg.

Serve legs with lettuce. In the context, they look simply amazing.

Minced meat recipe

What is required:

  • legs - 5 pcs.;
  • hearts, stomachs and liver - only 100 g each;
  • semolina - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • salt pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Skin the hams. Remove the bones. Turn the meat into minced meat. Beat in an egg, salt, pepper, add semolina and garlic passed through a press.
  2. Pour bones and offal with water and boil until cooked. The broth can then be used to make soup.
  3. Rinse off the giblets and cut into small cubes. Put in the minced meat. Stir, if very thick, pour in a little broth.
  4. Fill the “stockings” of skins with the filling. Thread the peel inward and fasten it with a dense colored thread with wide stitches.
  5. Put the blanks in the mold. Pour the broth to about half.
  6. Cover with a lid or foil. Bake for about half an hour.

Then remove the foil or lid and let the billets brown. Remove, cool slightly, remove the threads and cut into pieces.

Hot workpieces cannot be finely chopped. To get a beautiful cut, you need to completely cool the legs and only then use them as a spectacular snack.

Appetizing dish with ham and green onions

The cooking technology of this snack is slightly different from the previous ones.

Necessary components:

  • legs - 8 pcs.;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • ham - 100 g;
  • green onions - a small bunch;
  • oil and salt.

Sequencing:

  1. Rinse the workpieces and separate the bone, leaving the pulp on the skin. Chop off the seeds at the very base.
  2. Put them on the board with the skin down and gently repel through cling film. To salt.
  3. Cut ham into slices. Beat eggs. Fry the fried eggs with ham, divide it into 8 parts.
  4. Chop the onion.
  5. Put the fried eggs on the broken legs, sprinkle with onions and carefully roll them into rolls.
  6. Put the blanks on the baking sheet with the seam down, grease with oil.

Bake for about half an hour. Serve the rolls hot, beautifully slicing them in the shape of a fan (cuts are not completely done).
