Stuffed zucchini is a healthy vegetable dish. As a filling, you can use anything you like - minced meat, mushrooms, hard cheese, any other vegetables, cereals.

Stuffed Oven Baked Zucchini

Zucchini stuffed with minced meat and baked in the oven is hearty and tasty. Moreover, this dish is very useful.

Necessary components:

  • large zucchini - 1 fruit;
  • minced meat - 650 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - a 100 gram slice;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • oil, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper - as needed.

Sequencing:

  1. Remove the peel from the fetus. Slice it with thick washers.
  2. Remove the middle from each preparation (pulp with seeds).
  3. Season ready-made minced meat to your liking. Drive an egg into it and mix.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with butter, crush with breadcrumbs. Lay out blanks.
  5. In each ring put the minced meat, grease it with mayonnaise (you can use sour cream). Optionally, at this stage, you can sprinkle the workpiece with chopped herbs.
  6. Grate the cheese and put the chips on top.

Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.

Recipe for minced meat boats

Oven zucchini boats are a great option for a healthy, satisfying, and healthy dinner.

A set of components:

  • young zucchini - 2 fruits;
  • mixed pork and ground beef - 350 g;
  • bow - head;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - a 75 gram slice;
  • parsley, salt with pepper, oil - at personal discretion.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the fruit lengthwise into two parts. Remove the flesh from each billet with a spoon. You should get boats with walls no more than 1.1 cm thick.
  2. Lubricate the halves with oil, put on a baking sheet with the rounded side up and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, do the filling: chop the onions with garlic and herbs, chop half the remaining pulp into cubes, grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes into circles.
  4. Fry the onion with garlic, add slices of pulp a little later and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Put in a plate.
  5. Fry the minced meat in the same oil until tender.
  6. Combine all components (except tomato). Leave some cheese chips for sprinkling.
  7. Remove the blanks from the oven, turn them over, fill with the filling and decorate on top with tomato slices. Salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the baking sheet and sprinkle the “boats” with the deferred cheese chips. Return back and wait for the cheese to melt.

Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Cooking with vegetables, mushrooms and rice.

No less delicious are the zucchini stuffed with vegetables and champignons. As an additional ingredient, rice is used here.

You can take any vegetables - carrots, onions, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage.

 

Necessary components:

  • zucchini - a kilo;
  • rice - half a glass;
  • mushrooms - 400 g;
  • onions - 1 - 2 heads (depending on size);
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • sour cream - a glass;
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp. l (you can use tomato paste);
  • salt with pepper and greens - as needed.

Sequencing:

  1. Chop the onion into cubes, and the mushrooms into slices. Grate the carrots. Fry everything.
  2. Boil rice. Stir all the components of the filling.
  3. Wash the fruits, remove the skin and cut into large slices across. Remove the core to make cups or barrels with a bottom.
  4. Put the billets in a saucepan, pour a little water and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes. Then they will become softer.
  5. Turn over the barrels, salt and fill them with filling. Sprinkle with oil and place a baking tray with zucchini in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare a sauce of sour cream and ketchup. Dilute with water to the desired consistency, salt. Pour the contents of the form. Bake for about 10 minutes.

The dish is completely self-sufficient and does not require additions. The maximum that can be offered is a light vegetable salad or sliced ​​tomatoes and cucumbers.

Zucchini mini pizzas in the slow cooker

In the “smart pan” you can also cook zucchini with delicious toppings.

What is needed for this:

  • small zucchini - 1 fruit;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • ham - a 50 gram slice;
  • hard cheese - a 100-gram piece;
  • flour - 1 tsp;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l (it is better to take fatter).

How to cook:

  1. Cut the zucchini into circles. Remove the middle to get rings.
  2. Combine 1 egg with flour. Dip the billets in batter and fry them on both sides in the appliance bowl, after pouring the oil in there and running the “Baking” or “Frying” program.
  3. Coarsely grate the cheese, chop the ham into cubes.
  4. Combine the second egg with sour cream, add slices of ham. Without removing the rings, fill them with pouring and sprinkle with cheese chips.
  5. Pour in a little water and start the “Bake” program for 15 minutes.

Zucchini with Chicken and Cream Cheese

Cream cheese gives any dish a special creamy aftertaste.

Necessary components:

  • zucchini - 4 pcs.;
  • chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • champignons - 200 g;
  • processed cheese - 100 g;
  • bow - head;
  • hard cheese - a 100-gram piece;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • cream - 100 ml (with a high percentage of fat content);
  • oil, salt, spices, herbs - at your own discretion.

Sequencing:

  1. Make zucchini blanks, salt them, stew a little or bake.
  2. Boil the fillet. Cut it into cubes.
  3. Grind onions, mushrooms, cheese, herbs and garlic.
  4. Strain onion until soft, then add mushrooms, a little later - meat. Salt, pepper, pour cream and mix. Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add cream cheese with herbs and mix.
  6. Fill blanks with filling. Grind hard cheese into chips and sprinkle it on top of the product.
