  5. Heat the pan thoroughly and pour vegetable oil on it, then spread it over the entire surface using a silicone brush.
  6. Gather the dough into a spoon and put the pancakes on the pan. Ideally, cast-iron cookware should be used, but a non-stick pan is also suitable.
  7. Fry pancakes to a golden color. Then, using a spatula, they must be turned over so that they are prepared on the other side.

  • Meat - 0.2 kg (usually use pork, but you can take chicken or beef);
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Potato - 7 pieces;
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

Cooking:

  1. Rinse and dry the meat.Grind it with a blender or meat grinder.
  2. Peel the onion, chop it finely, or chop it in a meat grinder and add it to the meat. Spices (for example, hops-suneli, curry or basil) and salt should also be added to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Peel the potatoes and rinse thoroughly. Grind all the potatoes on a coarse grater. To avoid excess moisture in the dough, we advise you to make potato pancakes like this: 1) Blot the peeled potatoes with paper towels or napkins to remove the liquid; 2) Grind all the potatoes on a grater and put them in a clean towel, or in cheesecloth and twist tightly so that unnecessary moisture is gone. Then the potatoes will be ready for further processing, and in this case it will not be necessary to add flour.
  4. Add eggs to the potato, mix everything.
  5. If you didn’t squeeze the potatoes, add flour.
  6. Before the hottest, add salt to the potato. This should not be done before, so that the potatoes do not let the juice go.
  7. Heat the pan, pour oil into it.
  8. Potatoes can be spread on a hot skillet. Lay out a small amount of dough and smooth it.
  9. On top of the potatoes, put a spoonful of minced meat, evenly distribute it throughout the shingles.
  10. Put a layer of potatoes on the meat again so that the meat does not peek out and fall out, a “sealed” potato pancake is formed.
  11. Fry the product on one side until golden brown over medium or high heat.
  12. Then turn over the potato pancakes, reduce the heat and cover the frying pan. Fry the meat pancakes for another 10-15 minutes.

  5. When all the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated, pour in the oil so that they begin to fry.
  6. Add chopped onions to the mushrooms (only 1) and mix. Let the mushrooms with the onions cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
  7. Peel all the potatoes and grate them.
  8. Add onion (second head), 1 egg, seasonings and salt to the potatoes. Mix everything very carefully.
  9. Add ready-made mushrooms and flour to the potato mass. All mix.
  10. Preheat the pan, grease it with oil and spread it on a hot surface of the pancakes with a spoon.
  11. When the product is browned on one side, you can turn potato pancakes on the other side.
  12. Now set the fire to a minimum, and let the potato pancakes fry in this state for about 10 minutes.

  • Potato - 0.4-0.5 kg;
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon (this is for cooking, for serving, take this ingredient separately and calculate the amount you need);
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Oil - for greasing a baking sheet;
  • Salt and seasoning to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Turn on the oven 200 degrees so that by the time of baking it has time to heat up.
  2. Remove the peel from the onion and chop it finely.
  3. Peel the garlic and pass 2 cloves through a press or chop it finely.
