Raw potato pancakes in a pan

The classic recipe involves the use of raw potato tubers, which are processed on a fine grater. From here their Belarusian name “draniki” came, which means “to tear” in translation from Old Russian.

To execute the recipe, you need such products:

  • potato tubers - 1 kg;
  • onion heads - 2-3 pcs.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic cloves - 4 pcs.;
  • flour - 30 g;
  • sour cream - the same amount;
  • salt and spices - at will;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Working process:

  1. Vegetables are peeled and rubbed, after which the mass is well wrung out. To drain the liquid, you can put it on a colander.
  2. The test is based on eggs, sour cream, salt and seasonings.
  3. Depending on the density of the composition, flour may or may not be added.

  • potato tubers - 1 kg;
  • minced meat - ½ kg;
  • onion head - 2 pcs.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 50 g;
  • salt and spices - at will;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

The preparation scheme is as follows:

  1. The tubers are peeled, rubbed, after which the harvesting of potato mince is squeezed.
  2. After removing the excess liquid, the egg, salt, seasonings and flour are added.
  3. The minced meat is thawed, and the turnip is chopped into pieces.
  4. Prepared meat mass from minced meat and onion cubes.

  • onion head - 1 pc.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 50 g;

The cooking method consists of the following:

  1. If possible, a young fruit is used: zucchini is freed from the peel, and then rubbed. If the zucchini is quite old, then the seeds are necessarily extracted.

  3. Potato tubers and onions are rubbed into another container. The resulting composition is also squeezed and mixed with egg, salt and spices, zucchini and flour are added.
