In the list of the most popular dishes, one of the most durable places among the Slavs is occupied by minced meat patties. There are a lot of recipes for this treat, and following each of them, it will be possible to make an unusually tasty dish with a recognizable aroma.

Mixed minced meat patties

We offer a favorite recipe for homemade meatballs for many housewives. At its core is the use of two types of meat.

Structure:

  • minced pork - 350 g;
  • ground beef - 350 g;
  • milk - 165 ml;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • eggs - 1 pc.;
  • long loaf without crust - 145 g;
  • flour - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 75 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Grind the baton into pieces, fill it with milk, leave it to soak in liquid for 5 minutes.
  2. We clean the onion, cut into small cubes. Fry in butter until a light golden color.
  3. We divide the egg into components. Combine the yolk in a large bowl with beef and pork minced meat, roast, squeezed long loaf of milk and spices. Mix the ingredients, salt.
  4. We beat off the resulting stuffing about the capacity where it is located. This procedure helps to remove excess air from the mass.
  5. The protein is cooled in the refrigerator, and then, whisk with a pinch of salt in the air mass. Combine with minced meat, mix gently.
  6. We form patties, roll them with flour, fry in vegetable oil until a delicious crust. We carry out the work on medium or minimum heat.
  7. We return the finished cutlets to the pan, pour a little water, close the lid. Stew for 3 to 4 minutes.

The result is very tasty, delicate and aromatic products.

Pork

Meat treats according to this technique come out rather fatty, but tasty and aromatic.

Required Components:

  • minced pork - 550 g;
  • pulp of white bread - 85 g;
  • yolk - 1 pc.;
  • milk - 55 ml;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp;
  • salt;
  • frying oil.

Work Stages:

  1. Pour the bread with milk for 5 minutes, then squeeze and transfer to a large container.
  2. Add minced meat, chopped onion and yolk. Mix the composition.
  3. Season with pepper, salt. Add the grated garlic. For a few minutes we beat the minced meat in a bowl, then form the patties, wetting our hands in water.
  4. Fry products in vegetable oil on both sides until they become a saturated copper shade.
  5. We put the products in a pan, pour half a glass of boiling water there, put on fire.
  6. Stew until all the liquid has evaporated. Thanks to this, the patties will be juicy and soft.

Serve with your favorite side dish and freshly baked bread.

How to make poultry meat

Delicious cutlets also come out of minced chicken, although they are drier in structure.

Minced chicken cutlets are considered a diet and light meal that is ideal for children and those who monitor their own weight.

 

Components:

  • chicken fillet - 830 g;
  • starch - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • parsley - 35 g;
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • salt - ½ tsp

Stages of preparation:

  1. We chop the chicken with a sharp knife into very small cubes or we pass it through a meat grinder.
  2. Grind garlic, herbs and onions as small as possible. We combine the component with minced meat, mix.
  3. Beat eggs, mix with sour cream. Add to the main composition.
  4. Add spices, starch and salt. Once again, mix very carefully.
  5. Using a spoon, scooping up the required amount of minced meat, we form cutlets right in the pan with heated oil.
  6. Fry the workpiece at medium temperature until cooked. It is advisable to cover the pan at this time.

Serve with fresh vegetables and a preferred side dish.

Advice! To make the patties juicier, use white or tomato sauce.

Tasty fish dish

Fish cakes are incredibly healthy and tasty, but few people know how to cook them properly. Since the main ingredient does not contain fat, the treats come out a bit dry. Using a few secret ingredients and the right technique, it is easy to make lush and fragrant products.

Structure:

  • pike fillet - 450 g;
  • pike perch fillet - 450 g;
  • fried onions - 300 g;
  • sour cream - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise - 50 g;
  • milk - 125 ml;
  • white bread - 125 g;
  • butter - 55 g;
  • salt - ½ tsp;
  • ground pepper.

Work Stages:

  1. First, divide the bread into small slices and pour milk.
  2. Grind the fish fillet in a meat grinder along with pre-fried onions.
  3. We connect the base with bread softened and squeezed from excess milk.
  4. Add softened butter, sour cream, mayonnaise and salt. We stuff the minced meat with ground pepper.
  5. We send the blank to the refrigerator for 1 hour, so that the components of the base are well connected together.
  6. Fry the patties over medium heat using refined oil. We collect finished products on a baking sheet, send them to the oven for 10 minutes. Tomim at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Important! If the minced meat is too thin, add a little flour.

Juicy ground beef cutlets

According to the following recipe, it is quite easy to cook a very tasty and incredibly gentle treat.

Required Components:

  • beef - 550 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • milk - 120 ml;
  • rye bread - 120 g;
  • vegetable oil - 55 ml;
  • eggs - 1 pc.;
  • spices - 1 tsp;
  • salt.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Cut a piece of bread into cubes, combine with milk.
  2. We wash the meat, chop it into slices, then pass it through a meat grinder together with a large onion.
  3. Peel the garlic and potatoes, three on a fine grater. Add to the meat, mix.
  4. We spread the pressed bread.
  5. The resulting composition is passed through a meat grinder. Add the egg, favorite spices and a little salt.
  6. We combine the components, thoroughly knead the resulting stuffing.
  7. We form small cutlets with our hands, fry them in vegetable oil on both sides. We put the finished products on a large plate, then serve with a suitable side dish.

Important! Those who do not want to fry cutlets in a pan should lay out the formed beef preparations on a baking sheet and bake in the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

Turkey Diet Recipe

To make tasty, healthy, low-fat and beautiful cutlets, it is enough to use poultry meat as a basis.

Structure:

  • turkey fillet - 1.2 kg;
  • butter - 75 g;
  • wheat flour - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • cream - 220 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt is a small handful;
  • ground pepper - 1 tsp.

 

Work Stages:

  1. We cut the meat into small pieces, grind it in a harvester or using a meat grinder. Add salt. Add spices. Stir, leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the melted and slightly cooled butter along with the cream, combine the ingredients.
  3. We cover the base with a film, give it 20 minutes to reach at room temperature.
  4. Sift the flour. We form cutlet billets from minced meat, roll them in flour, shake off excess, and send them to a greased form.
  5. We cook the dish in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, setting the temperature sensor at 185 degrees.

As you can see, making juicy meatballs from different types of minced meat is not difficult at all, if you use the appropriate recipe and, of course, fresh products.
