Beef cutlets are a hearty and healthy dinner for the whole family. I serve them with stewed vegetables or mashed potatoes, however with different types of cereals it will turn out equally delicious. Lunch is for people on a diet. Due to the replacement of bread with zucchini, these meatballs are much less caloric than those prepared according to a traditional recipe.

Ingredients:

  • ground beef - 500 g;
  • zucchini - 200 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • milk - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • ground coriander, thyme, nutmeg - on the tip of a knife;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

On a note! Zucchini in this recipe can be replaced with cabbage.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Peel the zucchini and grate it on a fine grater. Put in a sieve and let the liquid drain a little. Mix with finely chopped onions, eggs and minced meat.
  2. Add milk, salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone mat.
  4. Moisten your hands with cold water and form small patties with a diameter of about 5-6 cm. If desired, they can be rolled in breadcrumbs or bran, but bear in mind that this will add extra calories.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with sour cream and chopped herbs.

Such cutlets will become a real lifesaver for young mothers and women who do not want to spend a lot of time preparing food.

The second recipe from my selection today is juicy steamed beef cutlets. I make them in a slow cooker, which significantly saves time and effort. However, in its absence, you can use an ordinary double boiler. Due to the lack of fatty meat and calcined sunflower oil in the cutlets, they can be given even to the smallest children.

Ingredients:

  • ground beef - 500 g;
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 150 g;
  • finely ground oat flakes - 100 g;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • vegetable oil - to lubricate the form;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

On a note! To make the cutlets even more tender, mince and onions can be scrolled through a meat grinder twice.

Cooking:

  1. Soak oat flakes in milk at room temperature and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Chop the onion finely. In a deep bowl, combine the oatmeal, minced meat, yolks and onions. Form small cutlets.
  3. Pour about 1 liter of water into the multicooker bowl. Such devices have different volumes, so if necessary, refer to the instructions.
  4. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil and place the patties in it. Close the slow cooker and cook in steam mode for 30 minutes. If your appliance does not have such a function, use the “Cooking” or “Multi-cook” buttons.
  5. Leave the steam cutlets for 10-15 minutes under a closed lid with the “Heating” mode on.

Serve the finished dish with boiled buckwheat, rice, mashed potatoes or stewed vegetables.
