  1. To start, rinse the raisins, fill it with hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Grate the egg yolk with cottage cheese carefully.
  3. Pour semolina into the mixture, pour in a spoonful of sour cream and mix again, trying to make the mass homogeneous.
  4. Put the billet for 20 minutes in the refrigerator (if you immediately send the casserole to the oven, the semolina will not have time to swell, and the taste will not be so tender).
  5. In the meantime, make the filling: beat the remaining protein from the egg with sugar. A thick, bright white foam should appear.
  6. Free the apple from the peel, cut it into small cubes.

Tip: if you like honey, you can replace sugar with it. However, it will need more - about 2 tablespoons. In addition, you can add a pinch of your favorite spices, such as cardamom or cinnamon.

Cooking a casserole in a double boiler is very simple:

  1. Combine the egg, salt, spices and sugar in a deep bowl. Beat everything with a mixer or whisk.
  2. Grind the resulting foam with cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir in berries or nuts.

  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • a quarter of a teaspoon of vanillin and, if desired, other seasonings;
  • and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

The cooking process is almost identical to the apple casserole recipe:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with yolks, sugar and milk. Pour spices here.
  2. Beat the whites with a blender and put the resulting foam into the curd blank.
