Combine starch, sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt. Boil the milk and add half of the resulting dry mixture to it. Mix well and beat in an egg. Pour the mass into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and cook for no more than a minute. At the same time, add the remaining dry mass and stir constantly. Lay out the pudding in the molds and send it to freeze in the refrigerator. Garnish the finished dessert with berries.

Cheese pancakes with apricots in the oven

You will need:

  • curd mass - 400 g;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • flour - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • apricots - 200 g.

Rinse the apricots, cut them into two and discard the seeds. Combine the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough of medium density. It should be uniform, but small lumps are allowed. Form cheesecakes, taking a little dough, apricot and the second part of the dough in your hand. Sprinkle with flour and put on a baking sheet. Do the same with the remaining workpiece. Bake dessert in the oven for about half an hour.
