How do I cook:

  1. I cut the meat, dividing each piece of fillet into 3-4 parts.
  2. I spread it in a pan or plastic container, add soy sauce, tomato paste, salt and spices.
  3. I carefully intervene, put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Whenever possible, leave the marinated meat for the night.
