  1. Ham and tomato are cut into cubes.
  2. Products in a deep bowl are mixed with grated cheese, onions, sour cream and mustard.
  3. The resulting filling is laid out on bread.

The blanks are distributed on a wire rack and baked in the oven until the base is rosy.

Cabbage "Provence"

Ingredients: 2 pounds of cabbage, 2 carrots, head of garlic, 2 tbsp. l coarse salt, a glass with a hill of granulated sugar, a glass of table vinegar (9%) and vegetable oil, 4 bay leaves.
