Ingredients:

  • 3 sheets of thin pita bread;

  • 1 tbsp. skim milk;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • 6 to 8 tomatoes;
  • 80 g of butter;
  • 2 tbsp. l flour;
  • 2/3 Art. finely grated Parmesan and as much chopped Mozzarella.

Cooking:

  1. Onion, minced meat and garlic immediately send to the pan. Fry the ingredients until cooked, constantly breaking them with a spatula.
  2. Of tomatoes, only pulp should be used. It should be passed through a fine sieve to remove the seeds, then mixed with a small amount of garlic and boil in a saucepan until thick.
  3. In a saucepan, fry the flour until a light golden hue. Move the butter to it and mix vigorously to remove lumps.
  4. Pour in cold milk and warm the sauce until thickened.
  5. Cut lavash sheets to fit the shape with culinary scissors. Lay the resulting bases on top of each other, each spreading first with tomato sauce, then covering with fried meat, and finally, pouring white sauce.
  6. Two types of crushed cheese are laid on top of the sheets.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of potatoes;
  • 350 g of frozen honey mushrooms;

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of pasta in the form of bows;
  • onions to taste;
  • 350 g of champignon slices already cut;
  • fresh garlic;
  • a full glass of grated semi-hard cheese;
  • 1 tbsp. whipping cream (as greasy as possible);
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Fry the mushrooms with garlic and onions, pour cream and warm the mass, but do not bring to a boil.
  2. Add cheese and dry ingredients. Add mashed garlic and darken the sauce until it thickens.
