You will need:

  • butter - half packs;
  • sugar - half a glass;
  • powdered sugar - a couple of spoons;
  • raisins and nuts - 100 g each;
  • breadcrumbs - 50 g;
  • cinnamon to taste.

Defrost the dough and prepare the filling. Soak the raisins, chop nuts, clean my apples, cut them into thin slices. Then, when all the ingredients of the filling are ready, combine them, add cinnamon and mix.

Finely roll the finished dough into a large rectangle. Lubricate its surface with melted butter. We distribute breadcrumbs on it, retreating four centimeters from the edges, and ten centimeters from the left edge.

Then spread the filling evenly on breadcrumbs, observing the indentation. Now bend the right, free edge, laying it on top of the filling. Next is the top and bottom. Then we bend the left edge of the dough and also lay on top of everything. Now gently begin to fold the strudel. This does not roll, so roll the cake in the form of a cylinder is not worth it. It must be folded in at least three layers. To do this, conditionally divide the rectangle into three parts. Bend one of them inward, and place a second one on top of it. In this case, coat the dough with melted butter. Now the strudel must be placed on the prepared pan. Bake for half an hour or a little more, the temperature is 180 degrees. After it is ready, you need to sprinkle the top crust nicely through a sieve with powdered sugar.

Puff pastry rolls with cottage cheese

A great option for a home holiday from ready puff pastry. Such a roll can be baked quickly, without too much fuss, when the guests, one might say, are already on the doorstep. This delicious and satisfying sweet dish will appeal to everyone, even those who do not really like cottage cheese.

You will need:

  • yeast puff pastry - half a kilo;
  • a pack of cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • sugar - half a glass;
  • dried fruits and nuts;
  • two eggs;
  • salt to taste.

Any cottage cheese will do. You can make it yourself from whole milk, then the taste of the roll will be unforgettable. While the dough will unfreeze, you can prepare the cottage cheese. Add sugar, salt and egg to it. Cut into small pieces pre-soaked dried fruits - dried apricots, prunes. Add chopped nuts. Mix everything.

It is better to buy frozen puff pastry in such a form that it does not have to be rolled out - in one layer or rolled up. If it was not possible to get such a dough, then roll it carefully; Since the layers can stick together, the effect of numerous thin layers will not work.

The main thing is to get a large rectangular layer of puff pastry a little more than half a centimeter thick. Put curd filling on it, spreading it in an even layer. In this case, try a couple of centimeters of the reservoir, from the edge that will be outside when we roll the roll, leave without filling. From the sides, it is also better to “retreat” half a centimeter. This is necessary so that the liquid from the cottage cheese does not flow onto the baking sheet during baking.

Then place the roll on a baking sheet treated with butter. Beat the second chicken egg and grease the roll surface with it. Its oven is about half an hour, the temperature regime is 180 degrees.

Minced meat pies

You will need:

  • frozen puff pastry - half a kilo;
  • minced meat, you can fish - a pound;
