  1. It is best to cook the minced meat yourself. To do this, cut the fillet into pieces and send it along with the onion into the blender bowl. Interrupt components until uniform.

  • round white rice - half a glass;
  • carrots, tomatoes, eggs, onions - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • Lavrushka - 3 leaves;
  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, suneli hops, olive oil, allspice in the form of peas.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the fillet into pieces and turn into minced meat in any convenient way.
  2. Add finely chopped onion (half) to the bird, the contents of the raw egg, salt and suneli hops.
  3. Cook rice in salt water until half cooked. Move it to the bulk. Mix everything very well and set aside for a while.
  4. Finely chop the remaining onion. Tomato cut into neat cubes together with the skin. Grind carrots with a grater of any size.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Alternately add onion, carrot, tomato to it. Fry the mass after each new product for approximately 2 minutes.
  6. Add tomato sauce. Salt the mass. Simmer her over low heat for another 6-7 minutes.
  7. To form neat meatballs from ready-made meat with cereal with wet fingers. Place them in a frying pan. Add peppercorns and peppers. Pour boiling water over everything so that the liquid covers the meat balls about halfway.
  8. Stew the dish under the lid for about 20 minutes. Turn the balls over and cook the treat for another 10 minutes. If desired, you can add the sauce.

This is the simplest soup that quickly cooks, but it turns out tasty and satisfying.

In this recipe, minced turkey is added as the main ingredient.

Ingredients:

  • minced poultry - a pound;
  • purified water - 2.5 l;
  • onions, carrots and potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • salt, vegetable seasoning and Provence herbs.

 

Cooking:

  1. Pour water into the pan immediately. Pour in it one chopped onion and the whole carrot, cut into circles.
  2. After 10-12 minutes of cooking, toss into the future soup cubes of potatoes.
  3. Stuffing poultry in a separate bowl. Send salt to it, Provencal herbs. Mix everything well with your hands. Pour the second onion, previously cut into the smallest cubes.
  4. Roll out small meatballs from the resulting meat composition. They should be about the size of an average walnut.
  5. About 10-12 minutes before the potatoes are ready, add meatballs.
  6. After another 5-7 minutes add salt and vegetable seasoning to the soup.

Cover the finished dish and let it brew for at least a quarter of an hour. Serve with croutons.

Neapolitan casserole

This is an unusual casserole option in case you really want to try lasagna, but there are no special sheets for its preparation. This recipe uses a variety of pasta. But feathers are best.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 280-300 g;
  • pasta - 130-150 g;
  • onions, carrots, celery stalk - 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes in their own juice - 180-200 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Parmesan - 80-100 g;
  • butter and wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • milk - 380-400 ml;
  • fresh basil - 1 medium bunch;
  • salt, olive oil, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Grind onions, celery and carrots in any convenient way. Prepare a fry in olive oil from all of these ingredients.
  2. Separately, fry the minced meat, waiting until all the liquid has evaporated. Salt, pepper.
  3. Connect the masses from the first and second steps.
  4. Kill the tomatoes directly with the liquid with a blender. Send the mass into a skillet for other products. Simmer the composition for about a quarter of an hour. Excess liquid should again evaporate from it.
  5. The last to fill in salt, pepper. Add finely chopped garlic.
  6. Slightly fry flour in butter in a saucepan. Pour in warm milk gradually, mixing everything with a whisk. Wait for the mass to thicken. Salt the sauce to taste.
  7. Separately, boil pasta in salt water. Cook them in about 2 minutes less than indicated on the package.
  8. Pour a little sauce on the bottom of the heat-resistant mold. Spread half pasta on top. Spread the contents of the pan. Sprinkle the filling with Parmesan chips (half). Cover it with the remaining pasta. Pour the rest of the sauce and pour out the second half of the cheese.

Bake the dish in the oven at medium temperature for about an hour. Sprinkle ready-made treats with chopped basil.

Pasta with meat sauce

For such treats, you can take different stuffing. It is especially tasty with turkey.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat and penne pasta - 380-400 g each;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • fresh thyme - 3 branches;
  • pepper, oregano, salt, oil.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the onion finely and brown with chopped garlic and thyme in hot oil. Pour oregano at the very end.
  2. Add the bird to the pan. Fry the mass until fully cooked. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Separately boil pasta. Drain the water from them. Mix the product with the contents of the pan.

Cooking:

  1. Turn the bird fillet into minced meat. Salt, add spices. Combine with small onion cubes. Fry until tender, breaking the lumps that form in the process with a spatula.
  2. The dough is divided into two parts. Lay the first on an oiled baking sheet. Cover with meat filling. Pour the ground meat roast with grated potatoes. Cover it with cheese chips.
  3. Place the second part of the dough on top. Pinch edges securely. Make two cuts on the pie. They are necessary for steam to escape from baking.
  4. Brush the surface of the future pie with a beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
