Snacks with Estrella Chips

In the given recipe, dishes are made from chips, the latter are needed for breading meat. They give the finished appetizer a beautiful golden color and a special, unique taste.

Golden nuggets.

Products:

  • chicken breast - 600 g;
  • chips - 30 g;
  • breadcrumbs for breading - 150 g;
  • salt and pepper - to your taste;
  • vegetable oil - 150 ml;
  • flour - 150 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

Process description:

  1. For the recipe, you can use any part of the chicken carcass, the main thing is to properly prepare it by cutting off all the films and the skin. But it is better to choose a filet.
  2. Cut the meat into small strips about 1 cm thick.
  3. Beat the eggs with a fork into a homogeneous mass. Too zealous is not necessary, achieving a lush foam, it is better to simply mix the composition, as for an omelet.
  4. Combine salt, flour and ground pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. Dunk slices of fillet first in flour, then in egg.
  6. Make crushed chips mixed with breadcrumbs with the last layer of breading. Estrella chips will suit any taste. You can break them with your hands, putting them in a plastic bag.
  7. Pieces of meat, removing from the egg mass, bread in chips with crisps and send into a skillet with well-heated vegetable oil.
