Classic turkey pork

Oven made from turkey in the oven, prepared using this technology, will preserve all the juiciness of meat and will greatly surpass any store product in terms of taste and benefit.

Proportions:

  • turkey fillet without skin - 1500 g;
  • drinking water - 1000 ml;
  • salt - 80 g;
  • mustard - 30 g;
  • soy sauce - 20 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • paprika powder - 10 g;
  • ground black pepper - 3 g;
  • ground red pepper - 1.5 g;
  • ground coriander - 5 g;
  • a mixture of dry Provence herbs - 5 g.

Cooking steps:

  1. Prepare a brine from water and salt, pour meat on them and leave for two to three hours. Then remove the breast, rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the peeled garlic cloves into long and thin slices. Use a sharp knife to stuff meat with them.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mustard, oil, soy sauce and spices. Lubricate the stuffed breast generously with the resulting thick gruel on all sides, then transfer it to a container with a lid and send it to pickle for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with foil so that it is easier to wash it later and lay the meat. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C, put the boiled pork in it and immediately reduce the heating to 200 degrees.
  5. Cook for 30-35 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the meat cool in it. Before serving, it is better to keep the snack in the refrigerator.

Although the meat is not packaged in foil, the dish turns juicy due to cooling in a closed oven.

Garlic Foil Recipe

The boiled pork in the foil also turns juicy, and there is no need to wait for it to cool in the oven. This recipe will help out during the holidays, when you need to cook several dishes, baking.

List of required products:

  • turkey fillet - 1000 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Working process:

  1. On the surface of the meat, make small cross-shaped incisions into which to insert slices cut from garlic cloves. The amount of this vegetable can be adjusted to your taste (slightly more or less than declared).
  2. Mix salt with your favorite spices. Grate the meat with this mixture, then put it in a bowl, tightly tighten the top with cling film and let it marinate for two hours.
  3. Wrap the prepared fillet with culinary thread, making a “sausage”, and then wrap it in foil in two layers so that the juices and aromas of spices remain inside.

The list of ingredients:

  • turkey meat - 800-1500 g;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • soy sauce - 40 ml;
  • mustard seeds - 40 g;
  • liquid honey - 40 g;
  • spice mix for poultry - 20 g.

 

How to do:

  1. Wash the meat, wipe dry and stuff with garlic.
  2. Combine all the components of the marinade, mix thoroughly and coat the piece of meat with the resulting mixture well from all sides. Then tightly wrap the fillet with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  3. After the specified time, wrap the turkey meat with two layers of foil and put in a baking sleeve.
  4. Bake boiled pork for about 50 minutes (depending on the size of the piece) at 200 degrees, then cut the sleeve, unfold the foil and brown the crust for another 15 minutes.

Important: since it has a salty taste in soy sauce, it is not necessary to add salt to the composition of the marinade.

In a slow cooker

A special method of heat treatment, which is characteristic of multicookers, also allows you to cook tasty and juicy boiled pork from turkey meat.

In this case, during the preparation process you will need:

  • fillet - 800 g;
  • garlic - 25 g;
  • a mixture of ground spices and spices for poultry - 5 g;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 20 ml;
  • drinking water - 200 ml.

Cooking Technology:

  1. My meat, we pierce the whole surface with a knife and insert slices of garlic into the punctures. Then evenly coat with a mixture of dry spices, put in a bowl, pour over the oil. We cover the container with the workpiece with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

To make boiled pork with dried apricots at home, you will need:

  • turkey fillet - 1500 g;
  • dried apricots - 200 g;
  • garlic - 25-30 g;
  • water - 1000 ml;
  • salt - 50 g;
  • spices for poultry - 10 g;
  • ground pepper mixture - 5 g;
  • soy sauce - 20 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 30-40 ml;
  • ready mustard - 10 g;
  • apricot jam, mustard seeds, sesame seeds to taste.

The sequence of actions:

  1. Soak the meat for 2 hours (you can for 7-8 hours) in a solution from a prescription amount of salt and a liter of water. Then get wet with paper towels and stuff with dried apricots and garlic.
  2. Ready mustard mixed with soy sauce, vegetable oil and spices. Coat the fillet with the resulting thick mixture. Then send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours. There is no need to cover, the marinade crust on the surface should be baked.
  3. After that, coat a piece of meat with apricot jam first, then apply mustard seeds and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Place skewers soaked in water on the bottom of the baking sheet, on them a turkey, cover with foil on top.
  4. Cook boiled pork for 1 hour 20 minutes or an hour and a half. The first 5-7 minutes at 250 degrees, then at 200. In the last ten minutes, the foil should be removed to obtain a caramel crust.

Instead of apricot jam, you can take regular bee honey. If it is too thick, it is just slightly warmed up to a fluid consistency.
