Classic turkey broth in a pan

  • turkey back - 400 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.

The first is the simplest. You will need:

  • turkey meat - 500 g;
  • water - 1.5 l;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.

This is a recipe for vegetable soup, which is perfect for those who are on a diet. Need to:

  1. Cook the broth, get the meat out of it.
  2. Peel the onion, potatoes and carrots.
  3. Onion cut into thin, almost transparent, half rings.
  4. Carrots - thin rings.
  5. Potatoes - diced and add to the broth.
  6. Fry the onions in a pan (you can without adding oil) until half cooked, then add carrots to it. Bring to readiness.

  • turkey meat - 500 g;
  • half hot chili pepper;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • water - 2 l.

And for cheese balls:

  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • perfect egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l

The cooking process takes place in several stages:

  1. Prepare the broth by adding not only the onion, but also the carrot. When it boils for the first time, add chili peppers and reduce heat.
  2. Cut the butter thinly and leave in a bowl until soft. Grind until smooth.
  3. Grate the cheese, break the egg and add to the butter.
  4. Add flour and mix thoroughly until smooth. Optionally, you can add more greens.
  5. When the broth is 5 minutes before ready, remove the onion and turkey. Remove the meat from the bone and add it back.
  6. Dip the spoon into the hot broth, quickly separate with it the cheese ball from the total mass and lower it into the broth.
  7. When the mass runs out, allow the broth to boil, hold for another 5 minutes and turn it off.

Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Balls can be formed with your hands, but so that the mass does not stick to them, you must first moisten them with water.

The benefit of the broth does not change, regardless of whether it is made of turkey breast, filet or drumstick. Only calorie content and cooking time change.
