  1. Wash the carcasses, remove the films and cut into “steaks”.
  2. Grind cheese, combine with egg, salt and flour.
  3. Dip the carcass into the batter and fry for 1 minute on each side. Put on a paper towel.
  4. Fry the washed inflorescences with spices and chopped garlic in the same pan. Put carcasses, add cream.

Simmer for a few minutes. Instead of cream, you can use any sour cream sauce.

With cauliflower in a pan

Good breakfast option for a quick hand.

Necessary components:

  • cauliflower - 150 g;
  • broccoli - 150 g;
  • cream - ¾ st .;
  • butter - a 50 gram slice;
  • salt, paprika, nutmeg.

Sequencing:

  1. Rinse the inflorescences, dry and fry over medium heat using butter until browned.
  2. Add salt and spices to the cream. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
