For execution, you will need:

  • 1 kg of cabbage;
  • 2 large carrots;
  • 2 sweet and sour apples;
  • ½ garlic head;
  • ½ liter of water;
  • 15 g of salt;
  • 45 g of granulated sugar;
  • 15 ml of honey;
  • 120 ml of vinegar;
  • 80 ml of vegetable oil;
  • bay leaves, allspice, cloves.

Stages of creation:

  1. The cabbage head is chopped, apples are cut into cubes, garlic cloves are chopped, and carrots are rubbed.

  3. A base for marinade is prepared from boiling water and spices, which should be infused for 1 hour.

  6. After 2 minutes, a container of vegetable slices is filled with boiling water.
