Stuffed Black Widow Eggs

For cooking you will need:

Sausages in the test, or "Invasion of mummies"

"Mummies" also refer to simple recipes, which, nevertheless, look great on a Halloween table.The role of sinister monsters will be played by sausages.

We will make mummies from:

  • sausages - take 8 pieces;
  • puff pastry (for speed and convenience we use magazine) - one sheet;
  • eggs - also one;
  • black pepper peas - count 16 pieces.

Roll out the dough thinner and turn it into ribbons about 2 centimeters wide. Free the sausages from the film. Instead, there will be another “clothing” - strips of dough, wrapped vertically around the sausage. We make so that from one end of the "fabric" peeking "head".

Raw sausages wrapped in dough, grease with egg yolk. Now they must go to the oven, roasted to 1800C. Once the dough is gilded, peppercorn eyes can be removed and inserted.

Witch Blood Drink

Of course, the kids relate to Halloween with special enthusiasm: the explosive mixture of fun and horror cannot but attract tricks. Drinks and Halloween dishes for children will help to make the holiday feel full. For example, the scarlet "Witch's Blood." It is based on the tomato soup "Gaspacho", popular in Spain. What foods are needed to create hot witch blood?

  1. Tomatoes (needed with very juicy pulp) - two fruits.
  2. Tomato juice - enough for 150 grams.
  3. Tabasco sauce (can be replaced with any other, if only it was spicy) - ½ teaspoon.
  4. Olive oil - 50 grams.
  5. Basil - as much.
  6. Salt - focus on your taste.

Then everything is simple. Especially if you have a blender on hand. Put all our ingredients in his bowl, turn on the device, and - here it is! Witch Blood is ready! Heat it over low heat, pour it into glasses.

It remains to pour a few drops of oil on top, put a leaf of basil. And invite the kids to eat warm drinks.

Chocolate Mousse with Worms

Real worms in the ground on a plate as a dessert? Why not? Scare the baby, so scare! Moreover, they themselves really want this, and everything looks very natural.

Will be needed for mousse:

  • eggs - take three pieces;
  • chocolate (black only) - at least 300 grams;
  • cream (the fatter the better) - 400 grams is enough;
  • icing sugar - 150 grams;
  • cocoa powder (choose sweet) - enough to simulate the earth.

Beat eggs with powdered sugar. In the process, the mixture should acquire a white color and grow in volume.

We do the same with cream - until elastic foam is obtained.

We send chocolate to a water bath. As it melts, leave to cool.

Foamed cream and egg mixture are combined into one. Pour chocolate there and mix to give the mass one color. Now pour into the bowls and remove the mousse in the refrigerator. He must stand there for at least three hours.

“Digging” worms in advance. They need:

  • jelly (pink or purple);
  • water.

Jelly bred in hot water. The package indicates the required volume, but

for worms we take one and a half times less than recommended.

Cut the cocktail straws in half and place them tightly in a glass. Pour jelly in them and determine in the refrigerator. When the product has spent about eight hours in the cold, you can get the straws out and hold it under the tap of hot water: the contents can easily be squeezed out. A couple more hours in the refrigerator, and picturesquely lay out the worms in a bowl with mousse on top of the “ground” made of cocoa powder.

You will need:

  • red beans in our own juice - take 400 grams;
  • tomatoes - the same amount;
  • garlic - one clove is enough;
  • chili pepper - a pinch;
  • salt and black pepper - consult your own taste;
  • lemon - one is enough;
  • Mozzarella cheese - a few small balls;
  • olives (need green and black, pitted) - also several;
  • rosemary - 4-5 branches.

In a pan, put chopped tomatoes and beans (washed in a colander with hot water). There we send somewhere around 300 grams of water and garlic, passed through a garlic press. All this needs to be cooked for 30 minutes, without removing the lid, over low heat.

Remove from the stove, squeeze citrus juice into a saucepan and season the chili soup with salt and black pepper. It should be so thick that the “eyes” from “Mozzarella” with the “irises” from green olives and the “pupils” from pieces of black do not sink in the plate.

From the remains of olives and rosemary we construct spiders and decorate the soup, planting them on the edge of the plate.

Purple Chicken with Pesto Sauce

Please guests with a magical purple chicken: for Halloween and this is possible.

She needs products:

  • chicken meat - about a kilogram in weight;
  • onions (preferably young) - 4-5 pieces;
  • fennel - one thing is enough;
  • cedar nuts - not less than 50 grams;
  • garlic - at least a couple of cloves;
  • olive oil - enough 4 tablespoons;
  • blueberries (fresh at the end of October is unlikely to be, therefore, use frozen) - 450 grams;
  • dill - 2-3 branches;
  • salt and black pepper - to your taste.

We cut fennel, dill and bulbs as finely as possible. We collect all this in a pan. Half the norm of oil, chicken, and berries go there. Flavor with salt and pepper. Let the composition stew for half an hour, always under the lid and on low heat.

The remaining oil, basil, garlic and nuts are crushed in a mortar: a uniform consistency is needed. The result was Pesto sauce. We send it to the chicken and after 10 minutes remove the pan from the stove.

Count Dracula's Brain - Cauliflower with Cheese

This dish will serve as a suitable side dish for purple chicken.

He needs products:

  • cabbage, but not ordinary, and cauliflower - head out;
  • hard cheese (whatever you want) - take 200 grams;
  • flour - about the same or a little more;
  • eggs - you need 4 pieces;
  • yeast - not less than 10 grams;
  • butter - enough 25 grams;
  • granulated sugar - the same amount;
  • salt and black pepper - as you wish.

½ norms of flour, yeast and 35 grams of heated water directly with our hands mix in a bowl. After 20 minutes, we send salt and granulated sugar there and break three eggs. Pour flour last. And also add oil (before that, it is better for him to lie on the table and warm up). Knead the dough, again, with your hands. Roll the smooth mass into a gingerbread box, sprinkle with flour and leave it to rest under a damp towel for 3-4 hours.

We will not sort cabbage into inflorescences. For a complete impression, we need a whole head of cabbage. We remove only the extra side leaves. Season the heads with salt and pepper and steam for half an hour. While the future brain cools, we cut the slices of cheese. And place them between cabbage inflorescences.
