For those who want to lose weight, cottage cheese diet dishes are suitable. Please note that it is better to take a dairy product with minimal or no fat.

Required Products:

  • 0.25 kg of cottage cheese;
  • a large spoon of flour;
  • one tablespoon of sugar or to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Combine the indicated amount of cottage cheese with sugar and grind with a fork until smooth.
  2. When the mass is soft enough, add flour, mix again and form balls from this dough. Press them a little between your fingers so that you get a cake.
  3. We send the blanks to a hot pan (preferably non-stick, so as not to use oil) and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Alternatively, you can remove the semi-finished products in the oven for 25 minutes by setting the heat to 180 degrees.

Oven curd cake

Required Products:

  • tsp baking powder;
  • 0.25 kg of cottage cheese;
  • two eggs;
  • 120 grams of butter;
  • one glass of sugar;
  • half a glass of sour cream;
  • one and a half glasses of flour.

Cooking process:

  1. Combine flour with baking powder and half of the specified amount of sugar. Then add the oil, cut into pieces in advance (it should be chilled). We rub this mass with our hands so that sticky crumbs are formed.
  2. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or grate through a sieve, mix with yolks and sour cream.
  3. Combine the remaining sugar with proteins and beat with a mixer until a foam forms. As a result, a mass should be obtained, approximately three times the original mass.
  4. The resulting mixture is added to the curd and bring to uniformity.
  5. First we put half the dough in the form, and then the cottage cheese with proteins, which we also cover with the remaining dough.
  6. We remove the future dessert in the oven for 30 minutes, warming it in advance to 180 degrees.

Necessary products for the test:

  • 0.2 kg of sour cream;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • 0.4 kg of flour;
  • about 50 grams of margarine;
  • four eggs.

  • 0.25 kg of flour;

  • a pinch of salt.

Cooking process:

  1. Mash the cottage cheese well, combine with salt and sugar, beat the egg and bring the composition to homogeneity.
  2. Pour oil into it, put soda, flour and knead until dough.
  3. From it we roll out a circle, which we cut into triangles with a very narrow base. On each we put the filling and turn into a tube, starting from the wide side.

  • 20 grams of butter;
  • 0.2 kg of flour;

  1. Grind cookies in any way to crumbs, which we mix with pre-melted butter.
  2. We spread this mass in a baking container, press it well to the bottom and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
  3. Heat the cream a little, combine with condensed milk and shake it slightly with a fork. Add cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla sugar to this mixture and beat well with a mixer.
  4. We take the container out of the refrigerator, put the cooked curd filling into it and put it in the oven first for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, and then for another 45 minutes, lowering the temperature to 170 degrees.

  1. In the container we place the specified amount of sour cream and cottage cheese, and then ghee. Beat the composition until smooth with a mixer, introduce the flour and work again with the mixer.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar so that a white foam forms, and transfer this mixture to the curd mass.
  3. We divide the resulting composition in half and pour cocoa to one part of it.
  4. In the baking dish, first place the dough in dark color, then light and remove the future dessert in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
