  1. To cook a potato casserole with minced meat in the oven, you first need to peel the tubers and send them to boil in salt water with a lavrusha until fully cooked.

  • oil, salt and favorite aromatic herbs.

Cooking:

  1. Free the onion from the husk and cut with a sharp knife into miniature cubes. Warm a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Fry chopped onion on it. Vegetable slices should become transparent and slightly golden. It is important not to overcook them.
  2. Put the contents of the pan on a sieve. Drain excess oil. Do not drain the fat, but remove it to the side - it will be needed in the next steps.
  3. Combine the ground beef with the fried vegetable.
  4. Rinse long rice thoroughly in several waters. Dry it slightly. To do this, just sprinkle the cereal on a clean towel and leave for a while.
  5. Combine rice and meat. Add raw egg. Salt everything. Immediately add your favorite aromatic herbs.
  6. First thoroughly mix the composition with a fork, then - act with your hands.
  7. Wet palms to form neat and approximately the same size balls from the resulting mass. Put them on a large plate and send in the cold for 40 minutes.
  8. Return the fat remaining after frying the onions back into the pan. Fry the meat balls on it until a light golden crust appears. It is not necessary to cook meatballs to the end.
  9. In a baking dish, send tomatoes, in their own juice, killed by a blender. Vegetables should also be salt and pepper to taste.

  • salt, pepper, sunflower oil.

Cooking:

  1. First you need to work with the stuffing. It does not need to add any “cutlet” ingredients, such as eggs and onions. Simply salt and pepper the meat to taste.
  2. Chop the garlic as much as possible in any convenient way. Mix with minced meat.
  3. With wet hands, mix the meat mass. At the same time, you need to try so that the stuffing gets as much air as possible, it becomes softer.
  4. Then put the meat in a bag and beat it on the surface of the table or the bottom of the plate.

  1. Pass the fillet through a meat grinder or treat with a special blender nozzle.If initially the hostess has a whole fish at hand, then she needs to get rid of everything superfluous - only fillet will be used.
  2. Remove crusts from white bread. Soak it in milk for about a quarter of an hour.

  • minced pork - 180 - 200 g;
  • sour cream - ¼ st .;
  • Lavrushka - 1 leaf;
  • salt and pepper.

Cooking:

  1. First of all, you need to finely chop the onions and mushrooms, send them to the bowl of the multicooker with heated oil. Fry in a frying program until golden brown.
  2. Top with minced meat mixed with salt and pepper. Continue frying for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thick slices. Distribute by minced meat.
  4. Cover everything with salted sour cream. Pour a glass of water. Add the lavrushka.
  5. Prepare a treat in a stew program for 45–50 minutes. In the process, the meat should be completely cooked, and the potatoes should be softened.

Cooking:

  1. According to the standard scheme, dilute the yeast in warmed milk. Send there sunflower oil and melted butter.
  2. Pour in salt and mix everything very carefully.
  3. Gradually start adding flour, kneading the dough after each serving. As a result, it should thicken significantly.It remains to cover the mass with a film or a clean towel and remove to heat for about 1 hour.
  4. Chop onion finely, mix it with minced meat. Salt everything, pepper, pour the broth - the filling is completely ready.
  5. When the base of the dough has risen sufficiently, place 2/3 of its parts in the oiled bowl of the multicooker. Form quite high sides.
