A worthy place on the table will be pancakes with chicken. They are prepared not only in Shrovetide week. This dish is also suitable for everyday lunch. Few people know that you can cook a festive dish. It is worth trying any of the options.

Classic Chicken Pancakes Recipe

We will prepare a tender and fairly satisfying dish.

For this we need:

  • chilled pancakes;
  • breast - 200 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • large carrot;
  • margarine –3 tbsp. l .;
  • spices to taste.

Pancakes for chicken are prepared in 2 ways.

The first.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Fry on 1 tbsp. l Margarine Shredded Vegetables.
  2. Remove the skin from the breast and remove the bones. Twist in a meat grinder and fry over medium heat with the addition of the remaining margarine.
  3. We combine the components, salt and pepper.
  4. We spread the finished filling on the edge of the pancake and turn it off.

Second.

For sauce, add to the main ingredients:

  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l

We start to cook:

  1. Passing finely chopped onions and carrots.
  2. Grind chicken flesh with vegetables using a meat grinder.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. In a pan, melt the butter and fry the flour until golden brown. At the end we put sour cream, bring to a boil. Let cool.
  5. Combine everything in a large cup and mix thoroughly.
  6. We make envelopes with filling from pancakes.

Bake in the oven on a greased baking sheet.

Sweet Pepper Rolls

Add colors to our filling.

 

Prepare:

  • a small carrot;
  • small onion;
  • 200 g of minced chicken;
  • 1 tbsp. l oat bran;
  • some green onions;
  • glass of water;
  • 1 red bell pepper;
  • 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil.

Cooked pancakes as follows:

  1. Rinse, peel and chop vegetables randomly.
  2. Mix onions and carrots with minced meat and bran.
  3. Pour water into a deep pan and put on the stove. When the liquid boils, spread the filling and leave on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Add chopped pepper and leave to stew for another 5 minutes.
  5. Fry with vegetable oil.

Green onions should be added already to the cooled mass, so as not to lose freshness and color.

Minimize rolls.

Sacks of chicken, mushrooms and cheese

Such a dish will look spectacular even on the festive table as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 0.5 kg;
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • frozen champignons - 0.25 kg;
  • hard cheese - 0.1 kg;
  • salt - ½ tsp;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • green onions –1/2 bunches;
  • black pepper to taste.

We start to cook pancakes with chicken and mushrooms:

  1. Set to cook the fillet. To preserve all the juices and not go into the broth, the meat should be thrown into salted water.
  2. Dice the peeled eggs and the prepared breast into cubes.
  3. Shred the greens.
  4. Rub the cheese.
  5. Fry chopped mushrooms in vegetable oil along with onions. Cool.
  6. Mix everything in a large bowl. Add pepper and salt.

Now we spread 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the pancake. We collect the edges, giving the shape of a pouch, and tie with a pen of green onions.

Pancake Meat Salad

Consider the following option of serving snacks on the table.

For 6 ready-made pancakes, we need:

  • fresh champignons - 200 g;
  • chicken fillet - 250 g;
  • pickled cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • cloves of garlic - 1 pc.;
  • seasonings to your taste;
  • greens for decoration;
  • lean oil for passivation.

We will cook in the following order:

  1. In salted water, put the meat to boil.
  2. At this time, wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  3. We peel the onion and chop. Fry with mushrooms on low heat. At the end, salt and pepper.
  4. Cool the finished fillet and shape it into cubes. We chop the cucumber in the same way.
  5. We mix mushrooms with chicken and cheese, which we prepare using a grater. Dress with mayonnaise with garlic passed through the press.

For a beautiful serving, fold the pancakes in a stack and cut in half. From each part we make a fist and fill it with filling. We spread it on a plate, decorating the products with sprigs of greenery.

Snack Cake with Chicken Fillet and Mushrooms

You can surprise friends and relatives with ready-made pancakes in this original way.

Product Set:

  • mushrooms - 0.6 kg;
  • breast - 0.6 kg;
  • low-fat sour cream - 0.3 kg;
  • a bunch of fresh parsley;
  • pepper and salt.

We start to cook the chicken stuffing for pancakes:

  1. Boil the fillet, fry the mushrooms with onions and cool everything.
  2. We need a paste-like mass, so we’ll use a meat grinder or a blender to chop everything.
  3. Add seasonings, salt and sour cream and mix thoroughly.

It remains only to collect the cake. There is nothing complicated, it is enough to lubricate each pancake with filling, covering the next. Usually about 15 layers are obtained.
