  4. Add the rest of the milk and vegetable oil, mix.

  • milk 200 ml.

  4. Pour vegetable oil into the pancake dough, mix.
  5. Fry dessert on both sides in a dry frying pan. There is no need to lubricate the dishes; the test already contains oil.
  6. We begin to prepare the filling. Rinse mushrooms, dry, cut into slices. Fry in oil until the liquid evaporates and is golden brown.
  7. Add diced ham and grated cheese to the mushrooms.
  8. For sauce in a frying pan, melt the butter, add 30 g of flour and grind until smooth, then gradually pour the milk and boil until thickened. Add ketchup, spices to taste. Let cool.
  9. Add the sauce to the filling of mushrooms ham and cheese, stir well.
  10. We form mushroom bags, tying with suluguni cheese strings and feathers of green onions.
