This is a large sandwich made of a bun sprinkled with sesame seeds and minced beef steak with vegetables, cheese and spicy Grill sauce. It sounds great, but how many calories are in Big Tasty?

But let's analyze this dish in terms of composition and try to find out whether such a sandwich will bring us benefits or only harm and extra calories.

For a bun, simple ingredients are required. There are no special cooking secrets; everything is simple and affordable.

Ingredients:

  • a glass of milk;
  • 3 g dry yeast;
  • a spoonful of sweet sand and vegetable oil;
  • 370 g flour;
  • sesame seeds.

Cooking method:

  1. The cooking process begins with the fact that the milk is slightly warmed up, and yeast, granulated sugar and a pinch of salt are added to it. This will be a couple, which needs to be given time to fit (minutes 15 - 20).
  2. As soon as the dough is ready, you need to introduce flour into it and knead the dough. Then put it in a warm place for 40 minutes. During this time, the basis for buns should double.
  3. We divide the dough into eight parts and sculpt the buns 10 cm thick. We lay out the blanks on a baking sheet with parchment, but do not rush to put it in the oven - the portions should stand for half an hour in the heat.

  • 110 g of bacon (optional).

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp mustard;
  • 0.5 tsp. apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar and liquid smoke;
  • 20 ml ketchup (tomato);
  • three tablespoons of mayonnaise (light).

The original version of Big Tasty does not include the use of bacon, but if you want to add a little smoked flavor, then just cut such an ingredient into small pieces and mix with minced meat along with a spoon of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper. If bacon is not added, then salt will need to be used a little more.

Cooking method:

  1. To make the stuffing more elastic, and the cutlets do not break up when frying, it must be beaten off. Just take each portion and throw it on the work surface with all your strength - this will leave unnecessary air out of them.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the meat with a blender along with bacon, season with salt and pepper. We make cutlets the size of a bun and a centimeter thick. Fry portions on both sides.
  2. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients. It is important that the eggs are fresh and of high quality. If the sauce is too thin, we introduce starch.
