  2. On the third day they eat carbohydrates. They replenish the amount of glycogen and lead the body into joyful bewilderment, which helps it to function normally. Eat 5 - 6 g of carbohydrates per 1 kg, and protein in an amount of 1 g.
  3. The last day involves eating both types of food. This normalizes metabolism. You need about 2 - 2.5 g of protein and 2 - 3 g of carbohydrates per 1 kg of weight.

After that, everything is repeated in the same order. One course is 4 weeks, but you can increase the number of days. The only condition: it must be divisible by four.
