This is a variation of the popular delicious American pancakes. A dish for two people cooks no more than half an hour. Banana pancakes are suitable for a light breakfast or afternoon snack. Below is a classic banana pancake recipe, a diet recipe, and several modified versions of the dish under discussion.

Classic Banana Pancakes in Milk

  • ripe yellow bananas - 2 units;
  • milk - 200 gr;
  • sugar - 2-4 tables. l .;
  • eggs - 2 units;
  • flour - 250 gr or 2 stacks. 200 ml in volume;
  • baking powder - 1 tea l .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Peel the bananas and break them into several pieces so that it is more convenient to chop them. Beat the fruit with sugar and eggs for 3-5 minutes - the mass will become homogeneous and acquire a lighter shade. The amount of sugar is adjustable according to your own preferences.

Next, enter the baking powder and salt, whisk again until a light foam appears.

Next, pour milk into the mass, stir a little with a spoon or whisk. Sift the flour, gradually adding to the liquid mass.

Heat a frying pan covered with a thin layer of oil. We pour a small ladle of dough into the center - it should not be very blurry, then we get big pancakes. Cover and fry until holes appear on top. Then turn over and cook under the lid for another 2-3 minutes.

On kefir

Kefir banana pancakes are magnificent, like our own pancakes.

The recipe contains the following products:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 table. l Sahara;
  • 200 grams of kefir;
  • 1 tea l without top of slaked soda;
  • 10 table. l with the top of flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1-1 ½ units of banana;
  • cooking oil.

First, beat the egg-sugar mass until foaming. Next, pour kefir, stir, and sift the flour. Whisk.The dough should look like thick sour cream, not contain lumps of flour. During pouring, it folds slightly into an accordion, but gradually smoothes out under the influence of high temperatures.

Peel and cut the fruit into small pieces. In this recipe, we suggest using banana particles, not mashed potatoes. Pour into the dough and mix well with a spoon. Fry in hot oil on both sides until crusted. If a lot of oil was used for frying, then after frying the pancakes can be folded onto paper napkins to drain excess.

On a note. To cook perfectly lush pancakes, leave kefir for a while at room temperature.

No flour added

Flourless banana pancakes are sweeter, fruity. For their preparation, you can use any recipe, replacing the flour with bran or semolina.

For example, you can use the following proportions:

  • a glass of bran (oat or rye);
  • banana;
  • egg;
  • 2 tea l fructose;
  • a pinch of cinnamon.

It is worth noting that without flour, pancakes will be a little thinner and not so porous inside. Bran absorb moisture and keep the shape of the dessert. Banana pancakes with bran will be useful for digestive problems and are perfect for losing weight.

Diet Banana Pancakes

Diet pancakes are suitable not only for the diet of losing weight, but also as a delicious children's snack. The following number of products is suitable for the 1st adult serving, or 2 children.

  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 banana ripe, but not ripe;
  • 1 table. l lemon juice.

Lemon juice can be prepared in advance by squeezing half of the lemon fruit.

We clean the banana, break it into pieces, put it in the blender bowl. We drive the eggs in and pour the juice. Beat for 1-2 minutes, so that the workpiece turns into a smoothie.

We heat the pan, slightly covering it with oil, and fry the pancakes until a golden golden hue appears.

Important! Dough for dietary pancakes does not contain flour. Therefore, products can easily tear. When turning and removing from the pan, it is recommended to use either wide silicone blades or forks if the size of the dessert is small.

Step by step with cottage cheese

A tender and satisfying meal will turn out if you add a little cottage cheese to the dough.

To prepare pancakes in milk with banana and cottage cheese, we offer as follows:

  • 170 g of fresh grained cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of milk 3.5-5% fat;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 150 g sifted flour;
  • 1 tea l baking powder;
  • a quarter of tea l ground cinnamon;
  • 1 banana
  • 1 table. l vegetable oil for frying.

Grind cottage cheese with a whisk, knead the flesh of a banana. Mix, add the rest of the products and work thoroughly with a mixer to get a homogeneous consistency. If you like the taste of cottage cheese and banana to be felt, then with a mixer separately beat all the products except these two, and put the cottage cheese and not too finely chopped banana last. Mix everything.

Bake cottage cheese and banana pancakes as usual - in a hot pan with butter.

On a note. The best thing in the dessert is grain cottage cheese of medium fat content.

Oat Pancakes with Banana

Based on 4 servings, we take the following number of products:

  • 2 bananas;
  • 100 grams of oatmeal;
  • egg;
  • 50 ml of milk with low fat content;
  • 1 table. l Sahara.

First of all, make cereal using a blender. If possible, you can immediately use oatmeal.

Puree banana fruits - they can be mashed with a fork, or chopped in a blender.

Beat the egg separately until the mass whitens. Then combine with milk and mashed potatoes, sift flour into it. Stir everything well, or beat, fry until cooked.

Tasty chocolate treat

  • flour - a glass;
  • sugar - 4 tables. l .;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon. l .;
  • baking powder - 1 tea l .;
  • milk - 150 gr;
  • bar of milk or dark chocolate without additives;
  • banana;
  • egg;
  • lemon.

Sift flour into a deep bowl.Add dry products to it and mix.

Rinse the lemon thoroughly and wash the zest from it, pour it into the flour mixture.

Separately, beat the egg with salt until the mass begins to foam. Mix with milk and pour over the flour mass, stir well - you get a thick dough.

Peel and cut the banana into slices. Break the chocolate into small pieces.

We warm the pancake pan. Pour a couple of tablespoons of dough into the center, put 2-3 pieces of fruit and chocolate on top, fill with another spoon of dough. Flip to the second side when holes form on the top of the pancake - this means that the dough has seized. Otherwise, filling will fall out with batter. When serving, you can pour liquid honey.
