Technology for the production of favorite sweets

The production of goodies begins in the workshop, which has special equipment, on which cocoa beans are sorted. Then they are sent by conveyor to the frying workshop, where they are fried and cooled. Then, on the conveyor, the prepared beans are sent to a crushing machine, where they turn into cocoa nib.

In the next installation, the croup turns into liquid cocoa, thanks to the cocoa butter that is part of the beans. Regardless of the type, Babaevsky chocolate contains grated cocoa, powdered sugar and cocoa butter. To teach the different varieties, the main ingredients are mixed in various proportions. This helps the computer, where all the proportions are made, and it sends the ingredients in certain quantities to further production.

After determining the required weight, the ingredients are sent to the mixer, and then to the conch machine, where they are thoroughly mixed.

The resulting hot and flowing mass is sent to the next workshop, where various chocolates are cast on a tiled machine.
