The correct composition of the drink in Irish

The classic composition of Irish coffee has remained unchanged for many years.

It necessarily includes:

  • quality Irish whiskey (1 part);
  • good black coffee (2 parts);
  • white sugar (1 tsp);
  • and whipped cream (2 tbsp. l.).

It is advisable to use Jameson whiskey.

The specified dairy product in the original recipe is strictly prohibited to replace with milk.It is believed that a real classic cocktail is very difficult to make just because of the difficulty of acquiring fresh farm cream.   • cane sugar - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Fill a glass for serving with boiling water. When the dishes warm up well, pour liquid out of it.
  2. While making coffee, mix whiskey with sugar and set fire. Sweet grains should slightly carmelize. You can do it right in the glass.
  3. Extinguish the flames and pour the prepared coffee into the ingredients.
  4. Preliminarily let the farm cream settle for 2 days, then beat until thick in a shaker with ice. It is very important not to overdo it and to prevent the dairy product from curling up. It should be thick, but without lumps.
  5. Spread the cream on the surface of the drink with a spoonful so that they do not drown.

How to cook with whiskey

This is a simplified version of the classic Irish coffee recipe.

Ingredients:

  • whiskey (strong Irish) - 50 ml;
  • fresh fat cream - 30 ml;
  • white beet sugar - 1 tsp;
  • freshly brewed coffee (black, strong) - 100 ml.

Cooking:

  1. Beat cream until thick with a blender.
  2. Pour freshly brewed strong coffee into a special glass. Add all declared granulated sugar.
  3. Measure a serving of whiskey. Set it on fire, then pour the alcoholic beverage into the coffee.
  4. Put a portion of cream on top of the cocktail.

Immediately serve a cocktail to the table.

Hot drink with Baileys liqueur

Ingredients:

  • Baileys liquor - 70 ml;
  • granulated sugar - 1 tsp;
  • freshly brewed coffee - 150 ml;
  • whipped cream - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Pour strong coffee into a special pre-warmed glass.
  2. Add sugar. Dissolve it in a liquid.
  3. Pour in an alcoholic drink.

Garnish the finished cocktail with whipped cream. You can also sprinkle it with grated chocolate.

Irish coffee with cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • ground coffee - 2 dessert spoons;
  • drinking filtered water - 1 full glass;
  • fat cream - ½ tbsp .;
  • sugar - 1 dessert spoon;
  • whiskey / cream liqueur - 40 ml;
  • milk chocolate - 5 cubes;
  • ground cinnamon - 1 pinch.

Cooking:

  1. The first thing you need to make coffee. To thicken sank to the bottom, you need to throw a small ice cube into it.
  2. Immediately after this, drain the liquid into a special heated glass.
  3. Add the selected alcoholic ingredient mixed with sugar.
  4. Beat cream until thick and put on top.
