  • flour - half a glass;
  • fine salt, mix of peppers.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Re-mince the minced meat through a meat grinder along with small cubes of garlic and onion.
  2. Salt it, add pre-soaked in milk and pressed white bread, raw eggs, spices.
  3. It’s good to beat off the mass so that it keeps its shape better.
  4. Form neat cutlets. Roll each well in flour. The latter can be replaced with crumbs.

  • pasta - 330 - 350 g;
  • minced meat - 280 - 300 g;
  • onions, sweet peppers - 1 pc.;

  • salt, oil, spices.

Cooking:

Cooking:

  1. Disassemble the cabbage into leaves. The hard parts are tapped with a kitchen hammer. Dip the leaves in salted boiling water for 5 - 6 minutes, and then put them in a colander.
  2. Cook rice 7-8 minutes after boiling. Cool. Mix with minced meat. Add finely chopped onions, salt and spices.

  • butter - 70 - 80 g;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, spices, vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. The first thing you need to do is dressing. To do this, melt the butter and fry the flour on it, stirring frequently.
  2. Gradually pour milk into the mass (necessarily in small portions). Boil the mass and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. During this time, the sauce should become quite thick. It remains only to salt it.
  3. Forcemeat to send in a pan with preheated vegetable oil. Pour small pieces of onion, salt and selected spices to it. Add tomato sauce. To simmer the contents of the pan over low heat for about a quarter of an hour.
