Steam dishes are considered more useful than fried and baked - this method of heat treatment helps to save most of the beneficial substances contained in the products. In addition, they are cooked practically without oil, which means they are less caloric. But food should not only be beneficial, but also enjoy. And today I will share 2 recipes for steamed fish cutlets - juicy, tender and delicious.

Helpful hints:

  1. Only prepare minced meat from a fish that is completely thawed and thoroughly dried with napkins - excess liquid will make the dish watery.
  2. If you put onions in steam cutlets, finely chop them with a knife, and do not scroll in a meat grinder. In the latter case, all the juice evaporates during heat treatment, which will not affect the quality of the finished dish in the best way.
