  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • red sweet onion - 1 head;
  • fresh greens - 1 bunch.

For refueling:

  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • ground black pepper, salt to taste.

On a note! Bulgur goes well with thyme, cloves, rosemary, star anise and marjoram. If desired, these spices can be added in small quantities to the salad.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Pour bulgur into a stewpan or small ladle and add vegetable oil. Sauté the cereal over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Fill with water, cover and cook until tender - about 20 minutes.
  2. Wash greens and vegetables, dry and chop. Cut feta into small cubes, after removing the brine from it.
  3. Drain the beans and combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil and lemon juice.Fill the salad with the resulting dressing and add spices to taste.

If desired, this dish can also be served as a cold snack. Just prepare the bulgur in advance and completely cool it before adding it to the salad.

If you have a crock-pot at home, then try to cook delicious porridge from bulgur with spinach and pumpkin in it. It turns out to be moderately fragrant and crumbly. I usually make it for dinner as an independent dish, but it can also be used as a side dish.

Ingredients:

  • bulgur - 200 g;
  • peeled pumpkin pulp - 100 g;
  • fresh or frozen spinach - 100 g;
  • water - 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves;
  • tomato - 2 pcs.;
  • turmeric - 1 tsp;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add finely chopped garlic. Put in the "Frying" mode and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  2. Cut pumpkin, onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Place bulgur, vegetables, turmeric and spinach in a slow cooker, fill with water, season to taste and simmer in the Multi-Cook mode at 150 degrees 30 minutes.

On a note! To make the porridge even tastier, turn on the heating and let it simmer for half an hour under the closed lid.
